The property is in a really nice shaded location on a pretty quiet street with benches right outside the front door. Restaurants and coffee shops are all a short walk, and we always felt safe day and night. The apartment is nice with A/C in the main living area and master bedroom. The other two bedrooms had fans, but it was still hot in those rooms during the heat wave in late June. Check-in requires someone to physically meet you at the property, and we had to wait about 20-30 minutes at the property for our contact to arrive.

Property was clean. There is air conditioning in two of the bedrooms, however, the third bedroom does not have air. We could not get stove or oven to work, which was frustrating. We did have okay communication with the managers of the listing, and they offered to send maintenance, but the communication was not prompt, so we did not get it fixed while we were there. Location is good. Check out Don Kilo across the street for an easy and delicious meal. Primary bed is lopsided, and bedding was stained.

We loved the location. It was a quiet residential neighborhood and had a coffee shop and restaurants just a few steps away. Taxi picked us up out front. Easy location to find. Also close to major attractions and designer fashion shoppes. The washer helped out and two bathrooms were a plus! Would stay here again when in Barcelona. Also very safe to walk alone

There is a supermarket right around the corner, and a taxi popular stop right outside. Close to terrific restaurants - Don Kilo right across the apartment is truly impressive. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The apartment is cozy, quiet, safe, clean, roomy, and comfortable. The elegant decor represents a stylish modernism Eixample unit, which is unique.
