Welcome to your Amelia Island getaway! This modern three-bedroom townhome comfortably sleeps seven and blends beach style with thoughtful design. The bright open kitchen makes cooking easy, while the loft offers movie-night fun for everyone. The king suite has its own private porch for morning coffee, the kids' bunk room features a trundle for sleepovers, and the first-floor bedroom keeps you close to the action. Just one block to the sand- you'll love the convenience of beach days made simple.
Your arrival is simple and secure with our smart lock system, allowing for easy self-check-in at your convenience. You will have private access to the entire townhome, including the kitchen, living spaces, laundry area, outdoor patio, and grill. parking is available in the driveway. The only restricted area is the owner's closet.
We provide beach essentials to make your trip to the shore a breeze.
With the beach just a short stroll away and downtown less than two miles away, you can easily explore the local area by foot or by car.
