Profitez d'un tout nouveau smart TV 65 pouces avec son surround et plus de 200 chaînes dans la grande salle de séjour ouverte. Vous ne manquerez pas d'un événement sportif pendant les vacances! Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain et son ventilateur de plafond. La suite principale a baignoire de jardin, douche séparée, double vasque, lit king, et NEW 40 pouces TV à écran plat avec décodeur HD.
En bas, la 2ème chambre a un lit queen avec TV, grand espace de rangement, et salle de bain privée avec baignoire et douche, et la 3ème chambre a 2 lits oreiller-top, salle de bain privée avec baignoire et douche. Les deux chambres en bas ont des portes menant à la terrasse clôturée récemment rénové. Détendez-vous dans les nouveaux fauteuils à bascule et la table ronde pour siroter un cocktail l'après-midi en toute intimité et sous un voile de soleil. Il ya un barbecue au charbon de bois et une douche extérieure pour se rincer après retour de la plage.
Il ya un garage pour une voiture à garer votre voiture et stocker tous vos accessoires de plage. Des chaises supplémentaires, glacières, et des jeux de plage sont là pour votre usage et la commodité. Trois véhicules supplémentaires peuvent être garées dans l'allée.
Asseyez-vous sur le balcon à l'étage avant et écouter le fracas des vagues tout en dégustant une tasse de café le matin.
Cette maison de ville a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un week-end à la plage parfaite. Le réfrigérateur a une nouvelle machine à glaçons et de l'eau filtrée sur la porte et la buanderie a une laveuse et une sécheuse. Plenty of useful space!

We loved that each bedroom had a bathroom and plenty of closet space. There were multiple spaces to gather and enjoy conversations. Clean and comfortable for our large group. Quiet areas for babies to sleep. Will rent again.

August 5th thru August 9th

We had a great time at this property. It’s perfect for a family getaway. 5 minute walk to the beach and one of the local restaurants. The three bathrooms made it extremely convenient for taking showers and getting dressed. I would stay here again! Only small issue was during check in... We could not get into property for the first hour due to not having lockbox code.. We finally got the code from owner.

Great location clean house!

The location was great and the house was clean. I would stay there again but I wouldn’t seek it out if you know what I mean. it was a good value for a group of adults. We all had our own bathroom and the kitchen was big enough for us to eat in. Mattress was a little worn out. You need to bring any toiletries and paper towels and toilet paper and laundry detergent and your own soap/shampoo. The towels and sheets were fine and as is said, everything was clean. Overall it was great.

Horrible Experience for a Beachfront Townhome & Has Potential

When we first approached the property, the first thing we noticed was all the scaffolding in the front and left side of the property. We were first unsure if this was the right location as the owner did not inform us firsthand that there were renovations being done. When pulling into the driveway, we did not notice the scaffolding that had been left by the construction crew and it almost pierced my front left tire. Upon entering the establishment, we noticed that the blinds for the front windows of the property were on the floor in front of the couch in the living room; as well as several empty water bottles. I texted the owner what she wanted us to do with them because we did not want to damage them. We had to move the blinds into the master bedroom to keep them out of our way. The couch cushions were also flipped as the topside of them were heavily damaged. The owner said she was getting a new couch altogether. When we checked the bathrooms, none of them were clean and one of the toilets was not flushed as there was poop in it. Also, per the contract there was supposed to be a fresh toilet roll in each bathroom but there was only 1 roll in the whole property. The bedsheets also had visible stains on them and we had to go purchase our own bedding. After going through many of the inconveniences during our stay, it was not worth the time and money to deal with the extra hassles. We are not sure why this location was rented out during the time that it was being renovated. We felt unsafe due to a missing window as that can cause security issues. The pictures that are on VRBO for this property could use some updating as they are outdated. This rental was completely unacceptable and was a big inconvenience. We have pics of everything that was described here.

It was unfortunate that some of the outside work I was having done to improve the property wasn’t finished when you arrived. The contractor and I had a miscommunication about the timing. I apologized and even refunded you $200. The new couches arrived the week after you left (they were ordered back in March and the arrival date was out of my control). I apologize again that everything wasn’t perfect during your stay but it was only because I was working on improving the property and it looks great now!

We live in Jax. Just wanted a couple nights to get away. The place was perfect. Plenty of room. Bathroom situation was great. 3 private for each room. Love the restaurant walking distance. Owner might want to buy toddler gates for stairs

Plenty of room

5 adults, 3 young children , one baby for 4 nights stayed here. Had plenty of space for comfort. Great location. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Truly loved the place and would like to stay again.

Much needed getaway

A few days with good friends that we haven’t seen in a while, a beach across the street, good food with a good cocktail. Can’t get much better than that. The property was spacious, comfortable and in a great location. A good time had by all.

Beach House on Amelia Island

House was easy to find per excellent instructions from manager. One of the best features of the house is that each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is a wonderful place for families. The neighborhood is quiet and has a good view of the ocean.
