Our Airbnb, nestled in the heart of Philadelphia, is easily accessible by various modes of transportation.

By Car:
If you're arriving by car, our property is conveniently located near major roadways. Parking is available on the street, or you can find nearby parking garages for added convenience.

Public Transportation:
For those choosing public transportation, the area offers excellent access to Philadelphia's transit network. Multiple bus routes and subway stations are just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city.

Ride Sharing Apps:
Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are widely available in the area, providing a quick and convenient option for getting to and from our property.

Important Information for Your Stay:

Temperature Setting: The thermostat is set to 70 degrees and is locked. If you require a different temperature, please contact us prior to check-in to see if it can be accommodated.

Location: Our apartment is located in the northern part of Philadelphia. While we strive to provide a safe and quiet environment, we cannot control external factors. Please do your research on the area before booking, as we do not offer refunds based on location. Please note that only street parking is available.

Consumables: Guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables (e.g., toiletries, food, beverages) after the initial supply. Detergent is not provided.

ID Requirement: We kindly ask that all individuals booking the accommodation provide valid IDs as part of our policy.

Secure Smart-Lock Check-In: You will receive a secure smart lock code prior to arrival for a smooth and convenient check-in.

Pet Policy: If you're bringing a pet, there is a $125 pet fee per pet. For a second pet, an additional charge of $125 applies. We require a photo of your pet and their vet records. Only dogs are allowed for long-term stays, while cats are allowed for stays of 3 months or less.

Linens: Extra linens are only provided upon request prior to arrival. We do not provide extra linens for sofa beds or air mattresses unless sufficient occupancy has been booked.

TV & Couch: Please note that only the living room has a TV, and the couch may have been replaced with a new one due to recent damage. Please inquire about this prior to booking if it is important for your stay.
