Walk out lower level: TV lounge with 85" TV; game room with pool table, game table, and 85" TV; bunk room sleeps 8, guest room with two queen beds, 2 bathrooms, second laundry room

Upper level: Two en-suite bedrooms, one with king bed and one with two queen beds, gallery sitting area

Back yard: patio, sunny lawn, heated and security-fenced pool with cover, large hot tub, fire pit, view of the woods



After booking is confirmed, guest and host will execute a separate rental agreement. It is a standard contract that is required by our insurance company and shouldn't contain any surprises.
