Fantastic home. Wonderful subdivision. Excellent amenities with easy access to pool, beach, food and fitness center. Our kiddos have already said they'd love to stay again. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic house and an excellent experience all around. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described—if not better. Great location and very responsive host. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Gorgeous, brand new home, comfy beds and pillows and super close to the beach, coffee shops and grocery (while still being tucked away). We loved walking and biking around the neighborhood. The house had an everything needed for the beach too - cooler, beach chairs and toys along with pool toys and games just incase you have stormy weather. The manager was super friendly and helpful and the house was very well appointed with everything a family could need. Loved this place.

This home is beautiful and spacious, with room for our family of 7 to both spread out and find quiet places to read and relax and gather together for meals around the table and play games and watch tv from the huge sectional in the great room. Sitting areas on both the back patio and front porch allowed for comfortable seating in the sun or the shade, whichever preferred. The house is full of natural light, well appointed and creatively designed and decorated. The private pool and the availability of bikes were a much appreciated bonus. The neighborhood and the beach are scenic and serene. Everything is set for building memories with family &/or friends.

We were very pleased with our stay! The listing photos were beautiful, but this home was even better in person! It was so nice having a private pool in addition to the community pools. The views from the bedrooms overlooking the private pool and the inland waterway was spectacular! Cinnamon Beach is my new favorite beach, I could sit and watch the waves for hours. I appreciated the beach chairs. The host was great to work with, very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again, thanks so much!

We are disappointed by this review, especially since they were allowed to leave this without any explanation. There were several red flags with this reservation before the guest arrived, including concerns about the intended use of the home and the guest later removing their name from the VRBO account. We contacted VRBO with our concerns and attempted to cancel the reservation, but were advised we would be penalized for doing so. The guest assured us they were not hosting an event, yet a large gathering did take place during their stay. They also contacted VRBO during the stay seeking a refund, which was denied. In hindsight, we wish we had canceled and accepted the penalty. We would not host this guest again. We care deeply about our home and the experience we provide, and take great pride in creating a beautiful, comfortable, and memorable place for our guests to enjoy. We hope future guests will consider our other reviews, which we feel much more accurately reflect the care and hospitality we strive to provide.
