| Pet-Friendly Paradise | The home is dog friendly only - up to 2 dogs weighing no more than 65lbs each (larger dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis - please message us before booking). Dogs must be included in the reservation and the $200 pet fee per dog, per stay, is due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. Larger dogs may be considered but must be approved by the owner before booking. *An undisclosed dog fee of $400 (per dog) will be charged if you bring a dog that is not included in the reservation and pet fee paid prior to check-in.*
We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it. However, we expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. If you are not able to do that, then this is not the home for you. We do not tolerate any type of parties and if you're a night owl, this is not the home for you.

You MUST BE 23 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.
The home has security cameras at the front door and exterior areas - all devices are for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. They are used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with any camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.
! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials' directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
The following items must be completed within 48 hours of booking or the booking will be cancelled:
Must sign rental agreement.
Must submit copy of government issued photo I.D. The Photo I.D. must match the name on the reservation and card submitted for the security hold.
Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported. You will not receive your access code until the deposit is scheduled/confirmed and a signed rental agreement is received.
This home is a smoke free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.

The house was great. I would definitely recommend the Home and the host. We had one little question when we first checked in and they got back to us within five minutes.The view from both the patio and the deck are phenomenal. The bedding was fabulous. The interior finishes were great. All the amenities were top-notch. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.!!Treat yourself to a wonderful vacation in this fabulous home!

Amazing spot. So glad we found it. Right across the street from the beach. All beach gear provided and stored in covered shed. While the weather didn’t cooperate, so we didn’t get to enjoy the cowboy pool. Super clean. Super stocked. Top shelf kitchen equipment and utensils. So many beach and bath towels. My wife and daughters couldn’t stop talking about how comfortable the throws on the couch and chairs were, or the scents of the various hand soaps and lotions throughout. It took us a while to find a pet-friendly spot with fully fenced yard for our two 50 pounder pups. This was perfect for them. We could let them out back or out front (since they aren’t jumpers), and we were welcomed with two chew toys upon arrival. One made it. The other was not so fortunate. The only “negative” was the road noise during peak traffic times. But you can’t escape that with any homes within earshot of 98 or 30A. Definitely our new getaway spot for our family of 4. 5-10 minutes to Mexico Beach spots and 15-20 to Port St. Joe. Oh and the hosts replied within minutes with every inquiry.

Based in Atlanta, but obsessed with the Forgotten Coast/St Joe Beach area. It's my family's happy place and the only place we want to be any time we have free time. You cannot beat the small, old-school beach town vibe, where there's no commercialization, and our kids are safe and dogs are welcome! You'll absolutely love it here!
