Large and Cozy Home Near River and Downtown

My place is close to The River, grocery store, restaurants, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the yard, picnic tables, full bar, and privacy.

My home is great for groups large and small looking to explore the Austin/San Marcos surrounding area. Not only is my place situated in a convenient part of town (just 1 mile from the River,) the town itself is just 30 minutes from Austin, 40 minutes from San Antonio, and a short drive to some of the best spots in the Texas Hill Country.

The space:
Great corner lot home in San Marcos in a peaceful neighborhood. We are about a 15 minute walk to the river or a 2 minute drive. Close to downtown with lots of great bars and restaurants.

The outdoor space includes one large picnic table, a cabana, a privacy fence, and good lighting for outdoor events.

We have the fasted wireless internet available in the city. ( 800mbps )

We have a large living/game room with sectional couch, and handmade bar. (we do not provide any alcohol) We do have a working kegerator for guests 21+ that can be set up during your stay for an additional fee.

The master bedroom has an attached laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire house and yard.

There is a detached guest house/office and garage behind the main house that you will not have access to.

If you need recommendations on anything please ask. I have lived in the area for over 10 years and know all the good spots.
