Great location - easy access to highway, public transportation, and easy street parking. Love this neighborhood - very walkable! The apartment itself was very clean and had just what we needed.

The stay was very convenient with everything you could ask for being a walk or a bike ride away. Bed and couch was very comfortable. The only thing I would say about the room that I disliked was the amount of noise coming from the upstairs neighbors the whole weekend. I’ve heard about old Chicago buildings being very noisy so I was prepared beforehand.

I’m so sorry about the noise issue! If I had known about the issue at the time, I absolutely would have reached out to the residents upstairs to ask them to be a bit quieter. Often, people living on upper floors genuinely do not realize how much sound carries and impacts the residents living below them. The apartment was lovely and had plenty of room for the 2 of us! The bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets in the closet. The living room and kitchen were perfect for 2 people (with a little kitchen bar with two stools for eating food we picked up). The host was very quick to answer questions we had about parking. The colorful lights on the outside made it festive and easy to spot at night! We will certainly be staying here again!

This is a great pet-friendly rental. My husband, myself, son, and dog stayed for 2 nights, with plenty of space. The place was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. The location is in walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops, and free parking was available on the street directly in front of the unit at all times of the day as we were in and out frequently. Katie (host) made sure that we had everything we needed after check-in. We would 100% stay here again.
