This charming getaway sits on a half acre lot with ample of yard spaces. Inside it includes (2) bedrooms, a full bath, full kitchen, dining room, living room, reading nook, game room and a cozy balcony. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, queen size air mattress and a travel crib with plenty of closet space, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and closet for extra storage. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need—from a coffee maker to baking essentials—perfect for cooking at home. The game room is packed with fun, including over 10 board and card games, an pool table, dart board, and a chess/checkers table. The bathroom is newly updated with a double sink and modern finishes, and you’ll also have access to an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. It’s the perfect space to relax, play, and feel right at home during your stay.

Guests have full access to all areas of the yard and the upstairs unit except the attic and locked closets, which are reserved for the hosts’ use. Everything else in the space is yours to enjoy—feel free to make yourself at home! If you’re ever unsure about access to a specific area, don’t hesitate to reach out and ask—we’re always happy to help.

NOTE:
1). This is an upstairs unit of a duplex.
2). All spaces and amenity are private, except the following: foyer (front entrance) & yard
3). The following are restricted areas, downstairs unit, basement, garage and the shed.

Current Update:
We do all the cleanings ourselves, however, we will be out of town from 05/29/2026 - 06/09/2026. But don't worry, you are still able to book on these dates. As we will be hiring a cleaner in our absence, also because of this, we would require a cleaning fee based on the length of your stay as follows:
1 night stay $150
2 night stay $100
3 night stay $50 (This will be $0 if including weekend days)
4+ night stay $0
Please be rest assured, our cleaners are hand picked to insure they will provide the same high standard that we abide on.

We require a Rental Form & Waiver to be signed within a reasonable time and before check-in. To review the Form, please complete the booking process as Vrbo do not allow contact sharing prior to it, but please be rest assured, if you do not agree or not wanting to sign we will authorize a full refund.
