You will feel right at home when you walk into this bright, peaceful retreat nestled in downtown Fort Smith. Just steps from parks, trails, coffee shops, and local eats, this lovingly updated historic home blends cozy charm with thoughtful touches. Whether you`re here to shop, work, or just relax, you`ll find everything you need to feel at home. Four luxurious queen beds, two modern bathrooms with rainfall showerheads and choice of walk in shower or soaker bathtub.

Perfect for a large family, work crews or groups up to 9 people with two living areas two laundry areas, and two kitchens to allow multiple people cooking and preparing food. A great home for a small company workforce to spend time together yet still have their own private space and individual smart tv in each bedroom! This is a duplex and you will have access to the entire building. Each side has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a laundry area.

Guests have access to the entire home except for the hall closet located on the 312 side which is only for the cleaning staff`s use.

Should you have any questions or need anything during your stay, please don`t hesitate to give me a call. If for some reason I`m away from my phone, please send me a text message rather than a voicemail as I will see that immediately when I check my phone. Thanks!

Welcome to Fort Smith and Welcome to my home! I hope you really enjoy your stay and if there is anything that I can do to make your stay more comfortable, please let me know! This is a quiet little spot on the edge of downtown where you will find everything very convenient, yet set apart from the noise and congestion that most of the lodging available to the downtown area has to deal with. Here you can sit outside on the porch and watch the squirrels play and the birds sing! ENJOY!
No pets are allowed on furniture or bedding. All pets will need to be crated if left alone in home unless prior discussion and permission is given by host. Guest is responsible for any damages incurred by pet.
No parties, no smoking inside. If you smoke outside, please pick up all cigarette butts and dispose of them in the trash can located in the front yard beside the fence. Thank you

Everything was just great. Cathy was very attentive and offered lots of suggestions on local restaurants. We had 2 families, one family of 3 and one of 4. The spaces accommodated us just fine. The duplex offers us opportunity to still be together but yet give privacy.

I've lived in many parts of the US, from Illinois to Michigan to California, Arizona, Texas and Arkansas. I love this state and love hosting families coming into Fort Smith. My minor in college was interior design and it gives me great joy to get such positive feedback from my guests about how much they love my home as soon as they walk through the door.
My biggest passion is raising, training and showing German shepherds! I've met some of the kindest and wonderful people who also love this breed. Once you own a German shepherd, no other breed can compare to the intellect, loyalty, companionship and love they bring to your life. 💕

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

My property is in a great location for being on the edge of the downtown and easily walkable to where you want to go, yet away from all the noise and "busyness" of downtown. In this quiet little corner of the city, here you can step outside and hear the birds sing and the squirrels play, but are only a 5 to 15 minute walk to almost anywhere you want to be downtown. I think it's perfect!

Whether you are just needing a quiet place to stay for the night as you stop off in Fort Smith on your way to another destination, or are here for work, visiting family or other reasons, you will love the no-hassel parking, energy efficienct windows and soundproofing that block out the city noises, close in, yet quiet area of downtown and the emphasis put on adding all the details to provide you with a charming, comfortable home that has been updated with the added conveniences to make your stay even more comfortable such as rainfall shower heads, lighted and anti-fogging bathroom mirrors, new appliances such as gas oven with griddle and air fryer options, work station kitchen sink and more.... all to make your stay so comfortable that you look forward to coming back again and again!
