Very nice place, walking distance to the great restaurants in old Pasadena. The host dropped off coffee within minutes of my request. Kelvin very responsive to other questions and a super nice guy. I would stay again.

This place was perfect! For the price, for working with Kelvin, this place could not be better! Loved all the clear instructions. Communications were kind and professional! So many little treats provided. This is the spot for downtown Pasadena! Truly what a gem!

Kelvin was really great and helpful in communicating check-in and out procedures. A lot of thoughtful touches in the kitchen and bathroom with one of the best selections of toiletries. The apartment has a bit more wear than shown in the pictures, but it is an altogether fantastic place and a great location.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Kevin's place in old town Pasadena. The apartment was nicely furnished with lots of thoughtful details and amenities. Kevin was quick to respond to any question, and made the check-in process really easy. Thanks Kevin, for your hospitality, and we look forward to returning again in the future.

I started hosting because I love connecting with people and showing them how great Pasadena really is — from the small-town charm of Old Town to the big-time events at the Rose Bowl. I take pride in keeping my space super clean, stylish, and welcoming — a spot where you can relax like a local, not just crash for the night.

If you need food or drink recs, I’ve probably tried every place within walking distance (for research, of course). 😎
