Environ une heure et quinze minutes en voiture de l'aéroport international de Miami et à environ 90 minutes de Ft. Lauderdale à vous amènera à Islamorada, la «capitale de la pêche mondiale. ' Notre condo est un quart-de-chaussée en bord de mer paradis. Il est bien loin des autoroute très fréquentée où vous ne entendrez aucun bruit. Ce bâtiment de condo de style art déco a été construit en milieu des années 70, et a été très bien entretenu. Il ya un parking privé couvert pour deux véhicules. L'immense balcon privé moustiquaire et carrelée vous permettra de visualiser, entendre, sentir, et sentir la brise de l'océan turquoise à seulement quelques mètres. Regardez les bateaux de pêche et de plongée tête hors de Tavernier Creek. Parfois, vous pouvez même voir les bateaux de croisière illuminées la nuit tête à Key West et au-delà. Chaque chambre et la famille se ouvre à ce grand balcon où vous pouvez regarder le soleil se lever chaque matin avec votre café du matin et l'après-midi ont refroidissement ombre. Le condo et balcon ont une intimité totale. Ce est 100% vue sur l'océan de chaque pièce! Il a une nouvelle AC, nouvelle literie et couvre-lits, télévision par câble dans toutes les chambres, et les nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat 46 et 40 pouces. WIFI est dans le condo et au bureau. Toutes les chambres ont été récemment repeint aux couleurs tropicales Clés de brite. Il est tout carrelage partout, il ya une cuisine complète avec des ustensiles, et tous les appareils. Il ya deux chambres avec nouveau roi et de lits queen size. La chambre principale dispose d'une salle de bains avec douche carrelée joliment rénové et agrandi avec le siège. Baignez-vous dans une belle piscine chauffée avec vue sur l'océan, jouer au tennis sur le court de tennis privé, poissons ou en kayak devant votre porte. Idéalement situé à proximité restaurants, shopping, pêche, plongée, bateau et location de kayaks etc. Il ya une épicerie, magasin d'alcools, magasin à un dollar, cinéma, bar des sports, bureau de poste, et plus encore tout au centre commercial local juste en bas de la route. Dans la conduite de courte distances sont les fameux Pennecamp State Park, Parc national des Everglades, Bird Sanctuary et le Dolphin Research Center où vous pourrez nager avec les dauphins. Key West fait pour un voyage agréable de jour pour le déjeuner et explorer Duval Street, Margaritaville, magasins d'art, musées, et est situé à environ 90 minutes au sud sur la route de la route la plus pittoresque, y compris le célèbre pont 7 mile. Two weeks of sun!

The unit is close to the elevator and laundry room. Comfortable beds, large balcony with beautiful water view; Nice pool. Friendly residents with occasional group functions. Located near many good restaurants. The owner was very responsive to all calls and requests. Enjoyed our two-week vacation at Sea Gull Condominium.

Great Condo and Location

The condo was beautiful; the location and views were fantastic; the saltwater pool was a highlight; the condo had all necessities and as described. The screened balcony and the views were awesome. The owner was super helpful and immediately answered all questions and was available during the check-in process :)

Beautiful views in islamorada

Convenient, quiet location right on ocean front with good-sized pool and comfortable beach, though not for swimming. Excellent morning sunrises to get you going each day. Easy access to good restaurant selection, but also set up to cook all meals at the condo. Plenty of room for 4.

Fabulous trip!

This was my 10th trip to Islamorada and one of the best! This condo was in a perfect location, convenient to everything that I wanted to do and the views are spectacular. I was lucky enough to watch a thunderstorm dance across the ocean in front of me from the balcony, I could not have asked for a better view!

Quiet place to stay

Loved the peace and quiet. Both bedrooms having access to the balcony was great. It was clean. There were some repairs going on on the first floor from the hurricane. The beach almost seemed like a private beach. And the view was great.

Had a great vacation

My wife and I had a great vacation at this condo. It was very relaxing, the room was in excellent condition and the view was amazing. The little beach is beautiful but is too shallow for swimming or snorkeling, unfortunately. The pool is great. The condo was very well furnished and had all the necessities for staying there for a week. Proximity to Pennekamp park (about 15 mins north) is very good as we went there several times. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends and relatives!

A wonderful place to enjoy the beauty of the Florida Keys

We spent three weeks at this lovely condo and could not have been more pleased. It was very comfortably furnished and had all the dishes, linens, cookware, etc we needed. It is conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores, and activities, some within walking distance. Both bedrooms and the living room open to a screened balcony which is a wonderful bonus. We enjoyed morning coffee watching beautiful sunrises. The owners were excellent to work with. We look forward to returning.

Lovely condo right on water! Enjoyed the convenience of location, layout of condo, screened in balcony to watch the sunrise. Pool area nice, but sometimes overran by those renting 3-4 months. Construction was no problem will be nice when done. No access to water unless you rent a kayak, which I recommend you do. Had a great experience!

Exceptional value, great location!

Spent a week in the Keys at this beautiful property. It is a great location and the view is spectacular. The screened in porch may be the best feature of this condo. I spent hours there soaking in the view! It was the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation with the comforts of home. The owners are great to work with and made me feel like I was a friend/guest rather than a tenant. The complex is nice, quiet and clean. We didn't use the pool but walked down to it and it was beautiful. The location is convenient to good restaurants and things to do. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place in the Keys!

Aging Property

Plusses: nice ocean view, common facilities of complex are recently renovated and very nice Minusses: all the dishes were gritty and needed washed perhaps because no dishwasher tabs were provided, mattresses are worn out and uncomfortable, kitchen and bathrooms very dated cumbersome check-in process that is split between owner and condo association. Location: there isn't much going on in Tanverier, but if you want to hit Miami, Key West, and the Everglades, it is centrally located.

What nonsense. The dishes are always clean. Mattresses are an individual preference. There are plenty of pictures that show the bathrooms and the kitchen. One of the rare people that gave me less than a five-star review. You didn't communicate at all and that was the check in problem. But thanks for all the food you left behind...

Fun time in The Keys

This condo is exactly what it is advertized. The views from the balcony are fantastic. There's even a little door in the screening that you can open to get photos without the screen. If you can get up for sunrise - do it! We rented bikes and were able to ride on old route 1 and stay safe from traffic. Rode most days 6-10 miles. We drove to Key West one day (about 2 hours) and spent the day. Founders Beach a mile or so down the road and Sombrero Beach on Marathon Key were great beaches. We also went to the beach at Long Key. Sight-seeing and fishing excursions out of Key Largo were close. We rented kayaks one day right in Tavenier and explored the mangrove swamps along Tavenier Creek. Favorite restaurants: Marker 88 (best food), Ma's Fish Camp (best key Lime pie), Old Tavenier, Made2Order, Morada and Jersey Boardwalk Pizza. We ate most breakfasts and lunches in. Ken was very attentive to all my questions and very easy to work with. A wonderful 2 weeks in the sun.

Not accurate listing / bare minimum

No pool for the entire time we stayed (for a week). Was emailed just a few days before arrival (already on first leg of trip) that the pool maintenance might happen during part of our stay, but it was empty the entire time and no work done that we saw while there. The POOL is obviously an important part of of a stay in the Florida Keys… Bring your own toilet paper, shampoo, soap because none was provided. The screen on the porch was ripped and blowing in the wind. Bedrooms were very hot while the living room was cold. Need to bring your own fans too. Checkout instructions did not say where to leave keys, so we left them on the counter. Got threatening emails and texts after we left because they wanted them back in a box, but were not told to do that. I am not a very picky person generally but this was pretty terrible as far as communication, expectations of amenities and his general lack of empathy. He acted like having a POOL in the KEYS was not important and that the only remedy that he would give would be a discount on a FUTURE rental. No way, I will not be staying here again. Take your chances if you dare to stay here.

You were sent 4 notices 2 weeks before your arrival that pool would be closed for emergency repairs. I have copies of everything I sent to you. You had a choice to cancel (for a full refund) or change dates. T paper and soap are always provided with extras in the vanities. They were there when I arrived the next day after you left. Yes there was a tear in screen which I wasn't aware of. The condo has 3 ceiling fans and a floor fan and the AC works just fine. Exiting instructions clearly stated what to do. In 18 years we never had any 2 star review or anyone lock the keys in the condo and not in the lockbox outside the door. There are many 5 star reviews with guests that return every year. Please tell the truth.

Nice, could be better.

Outstanding view, nice screened in balcony. AC didn't distribute air equality, bedrooms at least 10 degrees warmer than the kitchen/living room, and we had bedroom's doors open. Several times we had the large heated pool to ourselves, and the new game room we always had to ourselves. The owner is responsive and easy to reach.

July in Florida can be very warm but you can easily get the temperature in the 60s if you wish Use of ceiling fans in every room and switching the AC controls to On instead of Auto would have been what I would have suggested it if you called me.. I have never had a complaint such as this in 17 years. It does not warrant a three-star review.

Love The VIEW!

Peaceful, clean, had pretty much all we needed. Winn Dixie is less than 2 miles away and easy to get back and forth for groceries, snacks, water, etc and easy access to restaurants and sight seeing, a short drive to a more sandy beach. Could use some linen upgrades mainly and a few kitchen towels.

Great Stay!

This is a clean well furnished condo. Very comfortable for our 10 day stay. The big screened in porch and great views of the water were big hits with the family. Conveniently located to attractions and State Parks up and down the Keys. Highly recommended.

Paradise on the Keys

We were totally impressed with our stay at Sea Gulls Oceanfront Condo at Ken's property. Ken is extremely accommodating and immediately responds to any questions or concerns, and there were very few when we stayed for two months. This unit is clean and comfortable with just about everything you need for a short or long stay. The view is spectacular with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. You can easily sit for hours reading and watching the fishing and sailing boats as they travel past. And after dark you can spot the many cruise ships sailing in the distance. The pool is beautiful and very quiet and relaxing. All in all, we are looking forward to our next trip back in 2020.

Some of the updating that was needed was caused by a Hurricane that hit the Keys in September of 2017. The first floor was boarded up and the construction crew was there every day during our stay. They were working on the elevator and office and weight room and other units throughout the day. The construction noise was continual throughout the day. The pool area was ok except for the noise from the construction crew. The beach area was not usable. The sand was delivered and sat in piles until they came toward the end of our stay to spread it. The inside of the condo was furnished with older furniture and the cane chairs were very uncomfortable. The master king bed was not very comfortable. The kitchen was very outdated. Positive things were the view was very pretty and the pool was nice except for the noise from the construction crews.

Never had any of the complaints that you refer to since renting our condo for 14 years, except the restoration from Irma. I cannot predict when work will be taking place for it is happening all thruout the Keys for the next year or until finished. Before Irma all reviews were 5 stars.

Nice property but disappointing.

Unfortunately there was still considerable damage to the property from the hurricane. The condo unit itself was nice, though could use some updating. There were many other units within the building that were still having repairs done. The beach was still being repaired, which we did not know until we got there so we were not able to sit at the beach during our stay. The pool is nice and we did spend a little time there. It was sad to see the damages to the island. Most of our favorite places were up a running and many others are still working on it. We enjoyed our favorite places to eat and drink such as Lorelei's, Lazy Day's, Mile Marker 88, Midway Cafe (best key lime pie ever), Florida Brewing and Islamorada Brewing. We did a kayak trip one day through the mangroves which was very fun. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo. Hopefully the island continues to recover quickly!

Yes Irma was very disappointing to millions of people who live and visit the keys. With respect to repairs to other units and the beach, they were all scheduled to be finished long before your arrival. It takes a long time to get things done. For example, the drywall people have to drive from North Miami everyday do get to Sea Gulls. There is a housing shortage for blue collar tradesmen that was magnified by the storm. Please feel free to return as each year will look better and better. This is not their first hurricane. Thank you

The condo needs some tlc - could use some updating also. And we had to replace/fix some things. Once that was done we enjoyed our stay. The weather was perfect and the view from the condo amazing! Thank You
