The space
Step inside to an airy, coastal-inspired haven featuring three bedrooms and a comfortable open living area designed for both relaxation and connection. The natural light pouring through the large sliding glass doors highlights the soft coastal décor and inviting tones of sand and sea.

The spacious living room is ideal for gathering after a day in the sun. Unwind on plush seating while streaming your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or open the balcony doors and let the ocean breeze fill the room. Step out onto the large private balcony to enjoy sweeping views of the beach and community pool, the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
â± Kitchen and Dining
The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime a breeze, complete with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. The dining area offers comfortable seating and an ocean-view backdrop that makes every meal feel special.
â± Sleeping Arrangements
Primary Suite: King bed, balcony access, and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, balcony access.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
Each room is designed with comfort in mind, featuring quality linens, ceiling fans, and thoughtful touches throughout.
â± Amenities and Extras
Your stay includes everything you need for a seamless experience. In-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and complimentary beach gear to make your seaside days easy and fun.

Guests will have full access to Silver Sands
Free parking is available onsite with two parking passes.
We provide a small starter pack with the following:
â 1 Paper Towel
â 1 Dish Sponge
â 1 Dish Detergent
â 2 Extra Trash Bags
â 2 Toilet Paper Roll Per Bath
â 2 to 3 Dishwashing Capsules in The Kitchen
â Small soap and small shampoo/conditioner per bathroom
Feel free to visit the nearest supermarket for any additional items you may need, Publix is just 2 miles north on A1A.
The kitchen is well stocked with amenities we enjoy for large groups:
â Ample serving bowls
â Basic bakeware
â Coffee maker
â Dishes and utensils for a crowd
â Pots and pans
â Oven
â Dishwasher
â Microwave
NO PETS:
Please note that this property has a strict no-pet and no-animal policy. The homeowner, who regularly occupies the residence, has a severe respiratory condition that can become life-threatening upon exposure to animal allergens.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our cleaning staff. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments will be provided prior to check-in.
Other things to note:
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same-day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.
Early Check-In:
$25 add-on (3:00 pm instead)
$50 add-on (2:00 pm instead)
Late Check-Out:
$50 add-on (11:00 am instead)
$100 add-on (12:00 pm instead)
In accordance with local regulations and the requirements of our insurance provider, guests may be asked to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. This agreement is intended to ensure transparency and provide protection for both parties.
We do not accept bookings from guests rated below 4 stars. Guests with ratings between 4 and 4.5 stars will require approval from management.
Please remember that you're staying in someone's home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to act immediately; however, please keep in mind there is no one living on site 24/7. If you have an issue with the home, please let us know so we can fix it immediately!
