Quelle vue!!! dans ce condo en bord de mer direct et entièrement rénové.

WOW est ce que vous allez dire quand vous entrerez dans ce 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain entièrement rénovées. Cette vue !! Vous ne pourriez pas vous approcher de l’eau.
Nous recherchons des bâtiments dotés d’excellents équipements, tels que piscine en front de mer, courts de tennis, terrains de basket-ball et de shuffle, salle de jeux au 12e étage avec vue à 360 degrés, tables de billard, table de ping-pong et autres.

Le condo lui-même a un mobilier de designer haut de gamme et haut de gamme tout! La cuisine est équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin.
Des planches de surf, des planches à roulettes, des chaises de plage, un parasol et des jouets de plage sont fournis. Des jeux de société et des consoles de jeux pour les jours de pluie font également partie de l'unité.
Nous sommes fiers de notre unité et ça se voit.

Condo est actuellement en cours de rénovation complète, étage, cuisine, salles de bain, mobilier, linge de maison, etc. seront tous neufs. Les images seront mises à jour une fois que Reno sera terminé. La date d'achèvement prévue est le 22 novembre 2019.

The Best on the Beach

This condo is the best we have ever stayed in and we have been going to New Smyrna Beach for many years. It's beautifully decorated, the furniture and appliances are all up to date, the amenities are top notch, the view is 5 star, and the whole condo complex is in top notch shape. We hope to stay there again.

Incredible Condo

This condo is wonderful - perfect location and is the most well supplied condo we've stayed in. The owners checked in a few times during our stay to see if we needed anything and helped us out immediately when we did. Also it is the cleanest condo we've stayed in and all the kitchen items were top notch and in great condition. We can't say enough about this place and hope someday we can visit again.

Spectacular Condo

This condo, and its owners, were amazing. We were looking to experience New Smyrna Beach and couldn’t have done it in a better place. The unit was spotless and the amenities are all top notch. The beds were so comfortable, the sheets soft and not scratchy, and the towels were soft I ordered some for my home. We had great views and a great location on the beach. We will definitely come back! So nice!

After 15 years of staying at our friend's condo they decided to sell and we had to find somewhere new for our New Smyrna Beach vacation. We found it here!!! Everything was perfect and the view is spectacular. Steve and Nancy were fantastic hosts!

Magical

Truly the most magical week from the moment we stepped foot into the condo and were greeted with such a warm and beachy environment and the most gorgeous views right out our living room and bedroom windows! Steve and Nancy were fabulous and exhibited constant hospitality by making sure our beach week was everything we expected and beyond. We look forward to the next time we can call this place “home” for the week!

Perfect Condo!

This is a true luxury unit. Everything was new and high quality - especially the bedding and towels. You only need to bring your groceries to this unit - most everything else is provided. Southwind is a the best property in NSB -

Beautiful oceanfront condo in NSB

My wife and kids along with her parents all came to stay in New Smyrna to see where I grew up and have a nice week at the beach. The condo was perfect, great location, beautiful beach, and was stocked with just about everything you could need. Everything was clean and worked as it should. We were sad to leave! Great experience, Steve and Nancy are great hosts. Felt like coming home again!

Steps from the beach with a beautiful view.

Very easy rental process. Nancy was very responsive to questions. The condo is newly remodeled. and very clean with many extras such as beach chairs, towels and games for the kids. The condo balcony is steps from the beach with a beautiful unobstructed view. My family including 2 teen boys, had a great time and would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful condo, very clean and fresh. Fabulous attention given to every imaginable creature comfort. Most well equipped kitchen I’ve seen in a VRBO in long time. Both amazing sunrises and sunsets loved the little patio out front for the sunsets. Will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful and relaxing

This condo will not disappoint. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, nice bedding and linens. Owners also supplied beach chairs, umbrella’s and beach towels. Great decor! Owners were excellent to communicate with. Easy check-in and check-out process. You will love this property. We will definitely be back! Thank you Steve and Nancy!

Wonderful vacation

This is a beautiful condo with everything you could need. Clean, comfortable, beautiful view. Appliances are new and everything worked well. Lovely small touches like a bottle of wine and water bottles for all in the refrigerator. A great supply of beach chairs, toys, games, boogie boards. Other than food, you don’t really need to bring anything. Really a great vacation home away from home.

We love the beach and have traveled to many different areas using VRBO. We have learned what we like and what we don’t and have used this to continually improve our unit.

Because we go above and beyond to make you feel at home. We pay attention to detail and set high standards throughout. The unit is comfortable with upscale linens, All new Tommy Bahama mattresses in all bedrooms, Macy’s upgraded leather couch and chairs, beautiful decor and gourmet kitchen.
