Quelle vue!!! dans ce condo en bord de mer direct et entiÚrement rénové.

WOW est ce que vous allez dire quand vous entrerez dans ce 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©es. Cette vue !! Vous ne pourriez pas vous approcher de l’eau.
Nous recherchons des bĂątiments dotĂ©s d’excellents Ă©quipements, tels que piscine en front de mer, courts de tennis, terrains de basket-ball et de shuffle, salle de jeux au 12e Ă©tage avec vue Ă  360 degrĂ©s, tables de billard, table de ping-pong et autres.

Le condo lui-mĂȘme a un mobilier de designer haut de gamme et haut de gamme tout! La cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin.
Des planches de surf, des planches à roulettes, des chaises de plage, un parasol et des jouets de plage sont fournis. Des jeux de société et des consoles de jeux pour les jours de pluie font également partie de l'unité.
Nous sommes fiers de notre unité et ça se voit.

Condo est actuellement en cours de rénovation complÚte, étage, cuisine, salles de bain, mobilier, linge de maison, etc. seront tous neufs. Les images seront mises à jour une fois que Reno sera terminé. La date d'achÚvement prévue est le 22 novembre 2019.

Spectacular Condo

This condo, and its owners, were amazing. We were looking to experience New Smyrna Beach and couldn’t have done it in a better place. The unit was spotless and the amenities are all top notch. The beds were so comfortable, the sheets soft and not scratchy, and the towels were soft I ordered some for my home. We had great views and a great location on the beach. We will definitely come back! So nice!

Beautiful oceanfront condo in NSB

My wife and kids along with her parents all came to stay in New Smyrna to see where I grew up and have a nice week at the beach. The condo was perfect, great location, beautiful beach, and was stocked with just about everything you could need. Everything was clean and worked as it should. We were sad to leave! Great experience, Steve and Nancy are great hosts. Felt like coming home again!

This condo has it all! Just pack your bathing suits and you’re set! Beautifully appointed home away from home with top notch accommodations. Owners very communicative and supportive. The ice maker broke and they offered to pay for any ice we purchased until the new machine came in. Very thoughtful! The Southwind is a comfortable and family oriented condominium! Highly recommend and we’ve gone every year for the past 38 years!

This is a true luxury unit. Everything was new and high quality - especially the bedding and towels. You only need to bring your groceries to this unit - most everything else is provided. Southwind is a the best property in NSB -

Wonderful vacation

This is a beautiful condo with everything you could need. Clean, comfortable, beautiful view. Appliances are new and everything worked well. Lovely small touches like a bottle of wine and water bottles for all in the refrigerator. A great supply of beach chairs, toys, games, boogie boards. Other than food, you don’t really need to bring anything. Really a great vacation home away from home.

A perfect week

Steve and Nancy were great to work with. Very professional and easy communication. The unit is gorgeous and wonderfully appointed - just as described, if not better. Have stayed in a number of condos in NSB over the years and The Southwind is right there at the top. It’s a smaller building than many other condo complexes which was a plus for my family. Also the second floor provides great views of the ocean and beach while still being a very easy single flight of stairs to manage. We hope to return next year!

The Best on the Beach

This condo is the best we have ever stayed in and we have been going to New Smyrna Beach for many years. It's beautifully decorated, the furniture and appliances are all up to date, the amenities are top notch, the view is 5 star, and the whole condo complex is in top notch shape. We hope to stay there again.

Amazing Beach Vacation

Before we even left for vacation, Steve and Nancy reached out to share information about the condo/property and did the same on the day of check-in. They were extremely helpful and quick to respond to messages if we had any questions during our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable and had outstanding views of the ocean; we loved watching the sunrise and seeing the moon shine on the ocean every day. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one would need to prep meals on a daily basis; they didn't miss a single appliance, utensil, mixing bowl, pot or pan. We loved our stay and were extremely sad to leave. Thank you Steve and Nancy for your amazing hospitality! We can't wait to go back:).

Amazingly beautiful condo and perfect location!

This was the best trip we’ve had in New Symrna and we’ve been coming here for 12 years. Steve and Nancy were always available for questions and made sure we had a warm welcome with gifts! The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and on a wonderful part of the beach. The amenities including pool, tennis and shuffle board were an added bonus. We are definitely coming back to stay!!

Beautiful condo, very clean and fresh. Fabulous attention given to every imaginable creature comfort. Most well equipped kitchen I’ve seen in a VRBO in long time. Incredible Condo

This condo is wonderful - perfect location and is the most well supplied condo we've stayed in. The owners checked in a few times during our stay to see if we needed anything and helped us out immediately when we did. Also it is the cleanest condo we've stayed in and all the kitchen items were top notch and in great condition. We can't say enough about this place and hope someday we can visit again.

We love the beach and have traveled to many different areas using VRBO. We have learned what we like and what we don’t and have used this to continually improve our unit.

Because we go above and beyond to make you feel at home. We pay attention to detail and set high standards throughout. The unit is comfortable with upscale linens, All new Tommy Bahama mattresses in all bedrooms, Macy’s upgraded leather couch and chairs, beautiful decor and gourmet kitchen.

Southwinds is a highly desirable building situated directly on the non driving beach with great amenities and resort feel. A very short drive away to Flagler Ave and downtown for many choices of restaurants, shopping and more.
