I stayed at the property by myself and it was great. I felt safe the entire time and the space was clean and comfortable. The host was fantastic! He was great at communication and very helpful. Highly recommend!

I've honestly never been to a VRBO where I felt as welcomed or as pampered. It's a lovely little spot by the lake. Feel safe in renting it.

The place was sparkling clean. We had a great view of the lake, and the host was very professional and always checked in to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely recommend it for a romantic getaway.

Location good, host communication good. Property is rundown, not clean. Owners left considerable food for guests including full fridge, freezer and pantry. Many may like this but I felt like someone lives there and just left while I stayed. I spent one night of 3 and paid double for a hotel.

Jay it is very disheartening that you would leave such a negative review after all my attempts to communicate and accommodate you. Our location is kept with the upmost attention and cleanliness standards. This is proven by the multitude many 5-star and high ratings across multiple platforms! I personally visit and inspect the apartment 1 hour before guest check in unsure everything was is order. As I explained you completely misunderstood the food items in the apartment. If you read the Welcome Letter and the notes left on the cabinet doors you we see that the unit is stocked with UNOPEN and UNUSED food items particularly as a welcoming comfort to our guests. The items are restocked before the arrival of each guest. I apologized that this gesture meant as a courtesy was a discomfort for you. Unfortunately you chose to leave and refuse my offer to have Housekeeping to come to remove all the items and reset the apartment for your comfort. We are always willing to work with our Guest. We'll wishes!

Cozy place right on the canal. Unit was clean and centrally located in the Las Colinas area. Would definitely stay there again if I'm in the area again.
