Beautiful home! 6 adults and 6 children 7 and under stayed here and had an incredible long weekend. This home has all you need and more! The property is very large and spread out. Host was great when it came to communicating, everything was smooth and easy. Rooms and property was all very clean. Our kids had little interest leaving the property we had a blast!

Highly recommend ! This home was beyond what we expected, looked awesome in the photos but in person.. wow it was even better. Safe area, very clean. Would definitely book this place again in the future! Host was amazing as well. We made so many memories here, you won’t regret it!

The house was amazing. Everything that you needed was there. The family never left the whole time we was there. My kids was so mad when we had to leave. But It was perfect. The only thing that I would suggest is to get all your groceries before you check in. Thanks William.

Everything was perfect here .Perfect house Perfect location .Our host was very cooperative and accommodating . The kids had so much fun they didn’t want to go to the beach . It was exactly the way it was described . I would recommend this property to everyone. My family of 16 ( 6 adults 10 children) had a wonderful time and hope to stay here again in the near future. Definitely 10/10

Our stay in Clearwater at this property will be a memory my family will cherish for a long, long time! We had a rare opportunity to have our 4 children, their spouces and all 11 of our grandchildren together (Ages 5-13)over Spring Break. (We're from Upstate NY) The pictures of the magnigificent backyard looked too good to be true but they are exactly how it was, sunsets and all! My grandchildren were So excited to stay there!!! The pool is always a highlight but the other outdoor amenities like the playground, mini golf and basketball court were very popular as well! We were all able to enjoy meals together both inside and out thanks to the many dining areas and the adults and teens enjoyed being able to go to one of the many living areas to take a break. Everyone had a comfortable bed and the 2.5 bathrooms were perfect. The kitchen is big with plenty of counter space for 3 or more to contribute to dinner prep. The fire pit and hottub were favorites of our kids for winding down after long days with their kids after they and us old folks went to sleep. The kids bedroom/ playroom, pool table and den with games were all very popular with everyone too! The owners and property manager couldn't have been nicer and responded to any need or question quickly. Whether you're looking for a relaxing home away from home getaway or a sightseeing vacation to beaches, parks and events, this property is the perfect home both as a home base and a vacation in itself!
