This beautiful, Victorian-style home is a perfect getaway. Located just off the square in historic Lynchburg, TN, it`s a short walk to the world-famous Jack Daniel`s Distillery. There are lots of places to relax; rocking chairs on the front porch, Adirondack chairs and corn-hole in the backyard. You can also visit Tim`s Ford Lake or enjoy the southern hospitality of Miss Mary Bobo`s restaurant. The beds and furnishings are all very comfortable! Check out @lynchburggetaway on Instagram

This unique home was originally built in the 1850’s and has lots of charm. The driveway leads to a walking bridge that crosses the creek from Jack Daniel’s and leads you right into the square of historic downtown Lynchburg. It is a very short walk to the Jack Daniel’s distillery and convenient to all the amenities Lynchburg has to offer. The beds and furniture are all new and great care has been taken to make sure your stay is comfortable and pleasant.

You will have access to the entire property (excluding the garage/shop), including Adirondack chairs and Cornhole in the backyard.

We are as available as a guest would like for us to be. You will be provided with a code to the door lock, which will give you easy access to the property and our property manager lives just a few miles from Lynchburg.

Very family friendly and comfortable. A century home beautifully restored and modernized in all the right ways. Great location almost right on Lynchburg Square and a quick walk to Jack Daniel’s Distillery.

This house was so nice inside and they were so accommodating, letting us check in a bit early, check out a bit late if we needed to. Whatever was in the house we were able to use. It felt like home, very nice and clean. This was our favorite place thus far. It was in a quaint, quiet spot in walking distance from the Jack Daniel's Distillery. It doesn't get any better than that. There was a BBQ spot pretty much right out the door. The town of Lynchburg is so sweet with the shops also in walking distance. If we are out this way, we will be back. Thanks for everything, George & Kim from Ct.

The house was very welcoming and cozy! The host answered my phone calls and helped with all our needs. Also clean and i would recommend this place to anyone staying in Lynchburg TN.

We were in town for an AAU basketball tournament taking place in all the neighboring towns and communities. The location is just off the downtown square in Lynchburg. The home is historic and has been well modernized while maintaining its historic integrity. Walking distance to the Jack Daniels Distillery and Museum. A couple of good restaurants also within walking distance to grab breakfast or lunch. Owners were quick to respond. We did have a malfunction of the HVAC on our last night-and as luck would have it, it was the coldest night we were there. We were able to use a space heater to keep one bedroom warm and a cabinet style propane heater to keep the other 2 bedrooms warm. I will look to stay here when we return next season.

Great location! Nicely decorated. Loved the old house with the high celings and transoms and old wood. Good air. Could have been cleaned better. Some old coffee and water left from the previous stay and cobwebs,some minor maintenance issues. Great responsive communication! We would stay again.

Walk to everything

Once you park and unload at the Mulberry house, you never have to get in the car again until you leave. Plenty of restaurants and sight seeing opportunities within walking distance. We will definitely be Coming back!!

Great Stay in Lynchburg

House was great, very spacious and clean. Thankful for the hiking and restaurant recommendations provided in the book in the house. Machine Falls was a great hike and had a delicious meal at Emil’s. Nice to be able to walk to town and to Jack Daniel’s. Easy drives to Tim’s Ford State Park, George Dickel and Uncle Nearest distilleries.
