The Space:
Discover a stylish and comfortable escape just moments from the beautiful beaches of Corpus Christi. This is two modern one-bedroom apartments (entire building) is designed to offer a peaceful and convenient stay, whether you're here for relaxation or adventure.

The inviting living area features a cozy seating arrangement and a large smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the coast. The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease.

The bedrooms are a serene retreat, complete with a plush queen-sized bed and soft linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. Connected to the bedroom, the private ensuite bathroom boasts elegant tile work and premium fixtures, offering a spa-like experience.

Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer, making longer stays effortless. Just a short walk from the shoreline, this apartment places you near the best of Corpus Christi, with stunning views and easy access to dining and entertainment.

While we strive to provide a space for relaxation and enjoyment, we also uphold a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee.

1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside.

2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors.

3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard.

4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.

5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.

8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION
The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.

9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.

Our home is on Ocean Drive across from Corpus Christi Bay. Easily walkable to McGee Beach, Cole Park the hospital, and many restaurants.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! 6 cars can park off the street, and there is space for a trailer. No street parking.

Interaction with Guests:
We want you to feel at home during your stay, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. We'll provide the access code on the day of your arrival. We're only a phone call away if you need anything during your stay.
