The home features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area that accommodates seven guests plus two at the breakfast bar, and an inviting open-concept living space ideal for gathering with friends and family. Step onto the front porch and enjoy indirect Gulf views of the sugar-white beaches and clear blue waters the Alabama Gulf Coast is known for.

Bedroom Layout:

First Floor: Two bedrooms, both with king beds and private baths.
Second Floor: One bedroom with a king bed and one with two sets of built-in bunks, ideal for children or teens.
Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The living room features a large TV and seating for movie nights or game days.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to Ocean Edge’s private boardwalk that spans over 300 feet of pristine beach, as well as convenient EV (electric vehicle) charging stations available at each home in the community. The property allows parking for up to four vehicles in the carport.

·       Professionally cleaned with Enhanced Cleaning Protocol and full linen turnover after each stay

·       No pets and no smoking permitted

·       Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult 25 or older for the duration of the stay

·       Winter monthly guests are welcome December 01 – March 01

·       Max parking for 4 vehicles with no overflow parking available
