Great location. Private Beach- Quiet- Modern and includes a garage. Cons: 3 story condo- 2 main bedrooms on top level and must share a bathroom. No door to Bathroom off Master. No pool. Reported TV in Master bedroom not working and light above kitchen table not working - stayed 7 days and the repairs were never made.

Pretty solid place. Nice empty lot next door and easy to walk to shopping/food. Home was small but very clean and nice.For the price, The trail to the beach needs some love/proper pathway and the internet is abysmal. Beach time yes, but could not even watch a movie at night to wind down. (Property owner I highly recommend starlink internet above cox.. faster more consistent and beter bandwidth)

Fantastic location

It was amazing. We loved the beach and proximity to the waves. The views from the first and top floor were spectacular! And the house was well provisioned for a beach vacation.

Great location and quiet place

We stayed here in early November which helped us to avoid crowds (the beach was absolutely deserted!) and get an off season rate. The location is ideal - close to the grocery and on the beach with private access. The house was well equipped (although I think a few extra plates and bowls would be helpful for families who cook most meals while staying there). There was plenty room for the six of us - four adults and two kids. We really enjoyed the place and it fulfilled our needs for a simple beach getaway!

Peaceful getaway

This place is located on the beach. It was nice hearing the waves all day and night. Like previous review it is next door to an access place for another resort so at times the beach did get packed but the spot infront of condo was open and never a worry. I enjoyed every story view from ground view to top bedroom view. This place was a nice spot to relax.

Beautiful location

Great rental and right on the beach. We had a little difficulty reaching the management company regarding our AC that wasn’t working. We responded to their texts thinking that was an acceptable form of communication but evidently that doesn’t go to anyone. Not a huge deal because the weather was beautiful. Be aware that they provide very little in the way of supplies (no dish soap, only one bar soap in each bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 rolls of TP, 3 thin trash bags). Be prepared to bring your own or go shopping right away. We loved the location but as another guest noted, the guests from the condos across the street make the beach a little crowded.

A lovely condo

We had a lovely stay. The unit is nice and the location is pretty fantastic. During the day the beach can get crowded due to the development behind the unit, but by the evening things pretty well clear out. By no means is it a problem, but something you might want to be aware of. The unit is really quite nice. And to hear the waves all night long is heaven. You won't get that at most other places.
