We are only a few minutes drive to the beach access points and within walking distance to Devils Lake, which is beautiful. Don’t miss the local parks, nature spaces and an easy drive to shops and restaurants.

We offer our guests a comfortable home with all you need and more to wind down and enjoy Lincoln City. We hope you feel at home.

Home Details:
* 900 Sq. Ft house, enough room for 4 guests. Please make sure all guests are comfortable if count goes over 4 adults.
* Relax with puzzles, book and games provided
* You will have the privacy of a home
* Two bedrooms, 1 bathroom with stand up shower that has a seat.
* Kitchen island has three stools for seating, no chairs or separate table for eating.
* Full kitchen offered: microwave, stove, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, cooking supplies, cookware, pots and pans. But if not, Safeway is very close if you forget something.
* 3 Beds in total: 2 Queens and a Futon
* Large couch for seating
* We do not have cable, as we feel when you get away that you should do just that! But we do offer WiFi snd our tv’s are smart tvs with all the apps you can log in to.
* Master Bedroom: Queen Bed - frame can be squeaky, A firm Memory Foam mattress. Full Dresser, TV with Firestick device and DVD player.
* Second Bedroom features a Queen Bed and 1 Sofa Futon with a large tv and some toys for kids

* 4 guest limit, we allow more with an additional $20/day per guest.

We have a security recording device located on the outside of our home. It does record.

*PARKING: ONE car allowed in driveway. There is no street parking. But there is available street parking behind the home, very easily.

Note: We always make sure you have enough linens for the verified guests, so plan accordingly if you decide to bring an unbooked extra guest. We will not bring linens, or have any sort of concierge service. If you bring additional unverified guests we will charge the additional guest fee per night.

* please be considerate of the rules and neighbors and leave the home as you came into it. NOTE: We will not clean or refresh linens and towels during your stay.

* No large gatherings
* No animals or pets of any kind
* Do not move furniture around
