Pretty and comfortable condo in a perfect location for the beach and local shops and restaurants. Pool was a welcomed treat every day after getting so toasty at the beach. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation with our two daughters, appreciating the friendly people, the short walk to the beach, and the proximity to various activities; long walks on the beach were our favorite pastime, making this house perfect for our family - thank you.we had a amazing vacation first one is 4 year to the beach

When you walked in, immediately there was a strong smell of mildew. Which I called about immediately. The kitchen was small and the appliances were all rusted, especially the refrigerator. The condo was old and worn. The couch appeared stained and worn as well. The master bedroom’s bed was very uncomfortable causing us to not be able to sleep well. The condo only came with two packages of towels, with a set for one person each and we had three guests. I did find a card that indicated we could call for more towels for a FEE!!!!! There was no water to drink no laundry detergent etc and the items left were old and expired. The pool was small but has no chairs to sit on or lounge. There were no beach towels and when I asked the rental property about options and amenities in the area they weren’t helpful. Not worth the price! Location was the only positive about the property.

Beach stay

The boys walked to the Ferris wheel at Carolina beach from condo twice (about a mile) all the way via beach. They loved it! Public access to beach is just across the street. Pool was clean and refreshing. Beds were comfie. Kitchen could use some updating but everything we needed was there! We had a great stay

Our first time to Carolina Beach and we really like the area, better than Myrtle Beach. It's a good family destination. The check-in was simple and their is plenty of kitchen ware. The unit washer and dryer were a nice convenience. It's a very short walk to the beach and the pool is just outside the building.

Highly Recommend

We stayed here with our children and mother in law. It was super close to the ocean and boardwalk. Parking was easy. The unit was clean. We had no issues at all with our stay!

Tropical storm warning

Tried to cancel and reschedule our trip due to Teopical storm Debbie. Flooding and high winds in the area however although Vrbo said it met the criteria to cancel for a refund for one night the host would not agree so the money was more important to them than the safety of their guest vents in condo were black and need cleaning every dish we started to use had something on it . Don’t know why they charge a $200 cleaning fee because they want u to do everything before u leave . Will never book through this host again !

Location, location, location!

I can't emphasize enough on how great the location of this stay is. It's not exactly walking distance to the "boardwalk" area at Carolina Beach if you want to bring small children there nightly, but a very short walk to the beach and the fact that you are near the end of Canal Road means the beach is not crowded at all. Last week of July and we had no issues with finding a comfortable spot to set up for the day. Then to get refreshed at the pool afterwards. Perfect short vacation. Oh, and the view from the balcony is great! My family really enjoyed this rental.

Good for our family

Clean property with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the setup was great for our family of 4. Good water pressure in the showers. The washer and dryer were an excellent perk, as was the selection of dvds and board games. The owner was super friendly and communicative when needed but did not contact us otherwise. Overall no complaints, we had a great stay!

The perfect week!

We stayed here for a week. The property owner was respectful, quick response time, and overall very helpful! The property itself is clean and feels just like home. It has everything you need for an excellent stay!

Great Location but Not Clean

The property is in a fantastic location! It’s a very short to the Clam Shell beach access and there are water hoses downstairs to rinse off the sad. Problem is, the unit was absolutely filthy. There was mildew on the en suite shower curtain and both shower heads had black mildew on them. Both bathtubs and the kitchen sink were stained and gross looking. The floors were so filthy that your feet would be black if you took off your shoes. Also, the linen service uses plastic wrap to package the towels-super wasteful. Also, the check out requirements are complete draconian. You have to hand wash the dishes and strip the beds yourself. There is absolutely no grace given for check in and out times. A new cleaning service is desperately needed. Not certain what my cleaning fee actually paid for.

Great place!

Perfect location on Carolina Beach island! You are just a couple blocks from the ocean, an easy walk to the public entrance, and you can view the ocean from the deck of this condo!
