Notre unité au deuxième étage a la meilleure vue du sud à Coral Surf. Cela vous donnera envie de tout arrêter et de regarder le spectaculaire océan Atlantique. Notre unité entièrement rénovée comprend une nouvelle cuisine et 2 salles de bain complètes. Les 2 chambres et le salon ouvert sont suffisamment spacieux pour accueillir 6 personnes. Vous serez à distance de marche de la magnifique promenade, des boutiques et des restaurants de Carolina Beach. Il y a un accès privé à la plage et à la piscine. What a beautiful, clean, and well-stocked condo! The decor was lovely and made us feel right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better view of the ocean from the balcony and easy beach access. The pool was perfect for our 4 year old to play in. My husband communicated with the owner and he was very easy to get along with and answered all questions. The location was great for walking to restaurants and the boardwalk in order to skip the paid parking. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back again soon!

Mr. Tim and his wife are lovely hosts! He was there to meet us at check in with a friendly smile and welcoming heart. There was clear communication throughout the entire process. The facilities were above expectations, beach chairs and boogie boards are even there for use! Beach view and access was wonderful. They truly make you feel like your family coming in to visit for a stay!

We had a wonderful trip to Carolina beach! I went with my mom and my two toddlers. The condo was set up perfect for us with being right on the beach and close to the boardwalk. Our toddlers enjoyed watching the sunrise and being in the beach first thing. Looking forward to returning and exploring more!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The house was great, but what really stood out was the host. They were incredibly nice, friendly, and communicated extremely well throughout our entire stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and they were always responsive and helpful.This was honestly one of the best host experiences we've had with a vacation rental. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and want to make sure everything goes smoothly. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Tim’s place is fantastic. One of the best views on the island with direct access to the beach. Super clean and spacious unit. Tim was a great host, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We plan on staying here again.

Hogan’s Place was absolutely wonderful. Tim and Deb were very welcoming. The place was very clean and we had everything we needed with plenty of towels, sheets, kitchen supplies, and beach chairs. The view of the beach was spectacular. Our week was very enjoyable and relaxing. We will definitely consider staying here again.

The Hogan's have been a part of the Coral Surf family for over nearly forty years. First used as a vacation spot for weekly vacations for several years in the 1980's, and now after falling in love with the area, the Hogan's are full time residents of Wilmington.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

One of the many benefits of staying in Coral Surf is the fact that being located on the southern part of the island allows for a less congested more relaxing stay compared to the seemingly narrow confines of the northern end. Also, Coral Surf has only 13 units, compared to some of the other bigger Condominiums on Carolina Beach, the whole atmosphere is welcoming and quieter and feels like you are vacationing in your own private resort.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The second floor unit is normally the most popular, you have a great view of the beach and only have two flights of stairs. Most second floor units usually have a unit above them on the third floor, our unit at Coral Surf, however, is very unique in that there is no unit above. This allows for the best of all worlds, a great view, only two flights of stairs, and maybe the best of all, peace and quiet because there is no unit above to cause annoying noise.
