Notre unitĂ© au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage a la meilleure vue du sud Ă  Coral Surf. Cela vous donnera envie de tout arrĂȘter et de regarder le spectaculaire ocĂ©an Atlantique. Notre unitĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e comprend une nouvelle cuisine et 2 salles de bain complĂštes. Les 2 chambres et le salon ouvert sont suffisamment spacieux pour accueillir 6 personnes. Vous serez Ă  distance de marche de la magnifique promenade, des boutiques et des restaurants de Carolina Beach. Il y a un accĂšs privĂ© Ă  la plage et Ă  la piscine. Pour votre commoditĂ©, tous les draps sont inclus. Appelez dĂšs aujourd'hui pour profiter de cette belle destination. Stationnement dĂ©signĂ© pour 1-2 vĂ©hicules. The beach view was amazing and just as pictured. Had great sun all day and a very short walk over the dunes and you're on the beach! Hosts were great too!!!

Wonderful place to stay.

Tim and Deb are great host and their condo is perfect! Very clean, great views of the Ocean, walking distance to Boardwalk! We had a great trip and will definitely be back to Hogans Place!

Gorgeous view of the ocean from the living room and balcony. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Well stocked kitchen, extra sheets, blankets and towels, and lots of included necessities. The hosts are very personable, helpful and responsive.

Great communication, they even text me a week before check-in to make sure we didn’t need any extra accommodations. The only problem I had is that we didn’t stay longer lol.We will definitely be back.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We also enjoyed that there were so many places, between restaurants, bars, the boardwalk and stores, within walking distance. This was literally the most relaxing vacation spot we have ever been to, and we felt completely at home.

Everything we wanted was provided in a beautiful, very well maintained condo. The location was perfect, not only for the fabulous view, but for all of the close merchants. Walking easily for everything we wanted, we were not even tempted to get in the car and drive anywhere. We highly recommend you give Tim a hollar if you are planning a stay at Carolina beach!

Perfect Vacation Spot

The moment we arrived, we felt right at home with personally meeting Mr. Hogan. The view is unbelievable, the location is close to everything, and the ease of getting to the pool and beach is perfect. We have no complaints and can’t wait to come back next year. (We also really appreciated the koozies and use them all the time!)

Hogan’s Place was perfect for our vacation with 2 couples. Having the 2 beautiful bedrooms with their own connected baths was great and quite unique. The condo was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The view of the beach and ocean was incredible! It was so nice to have Tim and his wife meet us upon arrival to walk us through the condo and discuss things to do. They were the best hosts we could imagine! Highly recommend for a delightful beach getaway and we will definitely be back!

Fabulous stay at this beautiful, clean, well equipped beach house on the ocean!

Our stay at Hogan's Place was perfect! The views, location, cleanliness and comforts of this home were exceptional! We enjoyed walking and relaxing on the beach and it was close to shops and restaurants. Our hosts were great and communicated everything clearly. It was quite a memorable vacation and we look forward to returning again!

The Hogan's have been a part of the Coral Surf family for over nearly forty years. First used as a vacation spot for weekly vacations for several years in the 1980's, and now after falling in love with the area, the Hogan's are full time residents of Wilmington.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

One of the many benefits of staying in Coral Surf is the fact that being located on the southern part of the island allows for a less congested more relaxing stay compared to the seemingly narrow confines of the northern end. Also, Coral Surf has only 13 units, compared to some of the other bigger Condominiums on Carolina Beach, the whole atmosphere is welcoming and quieter and feels like you are vacationing in your own private resort.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The second floor unit is normally the most popular, you have a great view of the beach and only have two flights of stairs. Most second floor units usually have a unit above them on the third floor, our unit at Coral Surf, however, is very unique in that there is no unit above. This allows for the best of all worlds, a great view, only two flights of stairs, and maybe the best of all, peace and quiet because there is no unit above to cause annoying noise.
