Getting around the area is easy and convenient from this location. The cabin is just 7 minutes west of Soaky Mountain Waterpark, with well-maintained roads that are gently winding but without the steep hills found in other parts of the Smokies. Any standard vehicle can access the cabin comfortably. Whether you're headed to a theme park or a mountain trail, getting there is hassle-free from this centrally located retreat.

✔ Private Vehicle – The best way to explore Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg is by driving your own or a rental car.

✔ Rideshares & Taxis – Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are available throughout the area.

✔ Trolley Service – An affordable and scenic way to explore, the local trolley connects major attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg via designated routes.



House Rules:



We want you to feel completely at home during your stay! To ensure everyone has an amazing experience, here are a few simple guidelines:

✔ Guests must be 21 years or older to book the cabin.

✔ In compliance with local laws and regulations, no parties or extra guests are allowed. Guests will be charged a $500 fee in the event of any parties or extra guests, regardless of any damages.

✔ For the health and comfort of all our guests, no smoking is allowed. Smoking inside will result in a minimum $1,000 fee to remediate odor and damage.

✔ We welcome 1 dog up to 40 lbs. Traveling with more than one dog or a larger dog? Please contact us before booking for approval. Dogs only; no other pets, please.

✔ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM to respect the peaceful mountain setting and neighbors.

✔ Children must be supervised at all times while at the cabin or resort areas, including the swimming pool. This also includes around the fireplaces and hot tub areas.

✔ The resort swimming pool is usually available seasonally from approximately mid-May through mid-October, weather permitting. Pool hours are generally from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please bring the cabin pool tag with you, which can be found in the kitchen drawer. Earlier in the season (typically before June), staff are usually not strict about checking tags, so you can often simply walk in. If the pool gate happens to be closed, it usually means the pool is temporarily undergoing maintenance or chemical treatment and should reopen shortly afterward.

✔ There are bears that live in Tennessee. You may see one during your travels in the Smoky Mountains. If you see one, do not approach it and do not feed them. We want them to remain in nature away from humans and not feeding them helps accomplish that. Keep your car doors locked at all times and do not keep food in your car. The bears know how to open car doors.

✔ If you are pregnant or have been drinking, we recommend you do not use the hot tub.

✔ Do not burn anything in either of the fire pits. Do not tamper with the fire rocks.

✔ The indoor electric fireplace is decorative and for ambience only and does not produce heat.

✔ Private parking for up to 4 vehicles.

✔ There is a bear-proof bin that the trash cans are in. Please place your trash in the cans, inside the bin.

✔ At our home, you can enjoy nature at its finest. We are on a comprehensive pest control program with regular treatments by a local professional but our location means that you may have experiences with critters of the 4, 6 or 8 legged variety. To help ensure they stay outside, please keep the doors closed at all times.

✔ Seasonal heads: as this is a mountain cabin, you may occasionally notice seasonal ladybugs, which are very common in the Smoky Mountains, especially during this time of the year. They are harmless and not dangerous, and nearly all homes in the area experience this seasonally.

✔ We can not control the weather in the Smoky Mountains. If you have weather concerns, please be sure to purchase travel insurance.

✔ We provide starter essentials to make your stay comfortable, including Keurig coffee pods, creamers, tea bags, sweeteners, basic spices, as well as corn and olive oil. Cleaning supplies are also provided, such as hand soap, dish and laundry detergents, paper towels, a sponge, garbage bags, and other basic items. In the bathroom, you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, Q-tips, cotton pads, and of course toilet paper. We aim to make your stay as easy and worry-free as possible, but for longer stays, if you run out of these starter items, we kindly ask that you purchase any additional supplies needed.

✔ We do our very best to make sure there is always propane available to run the fire pit and the grill for our guests to enjoy. However, in the rare case that a tank runs out during your stay, propane can be quickly refilled at U-Shop gas station located very close to the cabin at the end of the street (2924 Boyds Creek Hwy, Sevierville, TN 37876). We will gladly reimburse you for the refill cost - just let us know.

✔ There is a security camera facing the parking area of the cabin. This is for safety purposes only. There are no cameras in the cabin. Please do not tamper with the security camera.

✔ A locked owner’s closet is located on-site—please do not tamper with it.
