Coral Rays ~ 4 bedroom villa with Pool, Hot Tub, and Amazing Views!

Coral Rays is the perfect family or small group island style headquarters! A little something for everyone at Coral Rays, including breathtaking views, gourmet kitchen, native stone outdoor showers, family room, games, musical instruments, pool, hot tub, and four well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms.

Coral Rays is nestled high on the mountain in a very a lush tropical landscape, surrounded by nature.

The main building upper level is a beautiful open plan great room -- the perfect island hub with a little something for everyone, including breathtaking views, gourmet kitchen, dining table for 8, cooking island with seating for 4, games, musical instruments, TV and sitting area, and full bathroom with outdoor shower. Outdoor grill is easily accessed off the kitchen.

The main building lower level is the poolside level and where the kids will beg to stay! Enjoy chaise lounge chairs, patio table for 4, hot tub, pool, and access to the main parking area. This level sleeps 4 guests with a Poolside Twin Bedroom and Poolside King Bedroom; these are connected by a full bathroom with double lavs.

A second building one level down houses two bedroom en suites, sleeping 4-5 guests. One bedroom features a King bed with private bath, dual lav, indoor shower as well as outdoor shower. The other bedroom features a Queen bed, twin daybed, private bath, dual lav and indoor shower.

At Coral Rays you can get away from it all and simply enjoy the peace and tranquility that is the true ambiance of St John!

We loved the house. It was just like the photos. The view is top notch as is the pool. Nothing but good things to say from start to finish! Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Home with a Wonderful View

We had a great time at Coral Rays for a week during my daughter's wedding! The manager was very helpful and available, the home had every comfort and the view was outstanding. St. John is not a flat or gently rolling hill island. True to St. John style, the road to the house is steep but paved which is a big advantage. There were adorable goats along the way. The driveway to get to the house was difficult to find even after we were shown by the concierge and a sign would have been helpful especially when navigating after dark. The dishwasher was not working but that was the only inconvenience or negative and is an easy fix. Overall, a great place that I would rent again!

Coral ray 2025

We loved our stay- pool and hot tub were refreshing after a day at the beach. Property manager was responsive when we texted- had issue with propane for cooking and to e dryer did not work. Unfortunately the dryer was unable to be repaired while we were there. But it is an island so not unexpected. Overall great home!!

Just book it!

Fantastic property on the quiet side of the island. Loved hiking, snorkeling, exploring the island and spending time on the incredible decks (pleural) and pool! Very responsive management company.

Paradise!

Fantastic house -- lots of privacy! Overlooking Coral Bay is a sight to behold. Beds and pillows are comfortable as well. As with a lot of places in St John, anyone with mobility issues may have a hard time navigating this villa--lots of stairs!Any questions we had, Antares Property managers were on it. Thank you for such a great stay!

Amazing place

Incredible views. My family and I had a wonderful time during our 16-day stay. We had 2 little boys age 3 and 4 and a teenage boy age 14. Our teenage son loved the privacy of the lower pod and our little boys were in the pool every day. Hot tub was fantastic every night as well. Pool is unheated and doesn't get much direct sunlight so be aware. All the stairways are outside. Drive up the mountain to the house and the driveway itself is an adventure and not for the faint of heart. Coral Bay has a few restaurants and smaller grocery stores. If you want more options in restaurants and groceries you need to head to Cruz Bay which is about 20-30 minutes away. We drove to Cruz Bay every day but enjoyed going back to the peace and quiet in Coral Bay. This house was perfect for a family trip. We cooked several meals on the grill and ate outside. Seemed like a more authentic trip to St. John. Property managers were very responsive to a few minor issues during our stay. And again, the views are killer. Highly recommend this house.

High in the hills with a beautiful view

This is a lovely house with a beautiful view. The great room was bright and airy. There are lots of pots and pans, dishes, silverware, etc. We used the grill, which was well supplied with propane. I must say that we were lucky it did not rain much while we were there, because all of the stairs are outside. We are used to hilly St. John, so we were not put off by the steep driveway.

Stunning views, excellent amenities

First and foremost this is an amazing villa. Our group: two families consisting of 4 adults all in our 40s and 3 teen/tweens age 12 and 13. We used the hot tub and pool every day. There is A/C in the entire villa: this is huge, it was very comfortable to be in the living space for eating or watching tv. And of course in the bedrooms for sleeping. The furniture is comfortable, kitchen well stocked with everything you need. A few notable oddities: the driveway is treacherous. Not at all exaggerating; it took me until day 4 to get the trick of using 4 wheel drive to get out and avoid a huge divot in the road. You have to back in, there is no backing out of the driveway. The drive up the hill to get to the villa is also not for the faint of heart. The water pressure in the showers in the 'pod' was spotty. It's an island, this is not a big deal - just be aware. We used Landlubber Logistics for provisioning the villa and it was stocked upon arrival - they did a FANTASTIC job and went to 6 different markets to try to fill our order. Cannot recommend them highly enough. We also enjoyed a day on the Salt Deck double decker pontoon with a stop at Lime Out (floating taco bar). Go to Johnny Lime and Skinny Legs, both perfect Coral Bay low key restaurants. The management company was responsive and helpful, they arranged a taxi for us (which I recommend for going to the popular beaches if you're here during high season - parking is nearly non-existent unless you arrive early am or late pm

Wonderful Location!!

This is a Beautiful vacation home. The view is awesome. The pool and hot tub are so nice. Coral Bay has great restaurants and two food markets. We all spent the week going sightseeing, snorkeling and kayaking at all the great beaches. We all Loved this Wonderful vacation home!!

Outstanding Coral Bay Villa

What a gorgeous spot, high above the sleepy village of Coral Bay. Not a great place for people who aren't confident driving up steep hills and navigating a tight driveway but we loved it. House was perfect for our group of 9 family members from three generations (one grandkid slept on the sofa in the main room.) Kitchen has everything we needed -- all high quality. The outdoor and indoor showers were fabulous and the beds great quality. Thank you for sharing this home!

That view!!!

Coral Rays is a lovely property with a spectacular view. Plenty of space for our group to both gather and spread out. Comfortable beds and clean, spacious rooms. Amazing outdoor spaces. Lots of stairs but the “elders” in our group had no problem navigating them. Everything we needed was there—beach chairs, cooler, lots of towels. Loved the outdoor showers and the landscaping was lush and beautiful. Great communication by property management team. This was our 6th trip to St John and this was one of our favorite houses.

Great House with a Phenomenal View

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and well maintained. The views from the deck were breathtaking. Waking up and having coffee overlooking Coral Bay is a memory I will cherish forever. The hot tub is a nice feature. We didn't use the pool that much because it stayed on the cooler side probably because of the shade. All the shade made being outside quite comfortable throughout the day. The house is up a mountain and the driveway is a bit challenging to maneuver the first time. However, a property manager met us in town and led us the way to the property and then very carefully showed us how to park the vehicles. After the first couple of times, it became pretty easy. Overall great property and I would highly recommend.

Great St. John stay!

Place was perfect for our 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 10-16)! It was clean, kitchen was well stocked, the pool and hot tub were great, and the view was amazing! The upstairs living area with the kitchen does not have AC, so we got a little warm at times, but that's part of the island experience. There was always a breeze blowing and we could pop down to the bedroom or hop in the pool for a quick cool-off. Would 100% stay there again!
