Cette maison a une chambre principale avec salle de bain privée, une chambre avec lit queen et une chambre avec lits jumeaux. La table de salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement de 8 à 10 personnes. La cuisine, la salle à manger et la grande salle sont toutes ouvertes et offrent une vue magnifique sur le lac. Un foyer au bois et une grande télévision à écran plat rendent la maison agréable en hiver également. Porche grillagé sur le pont arrière donnant sur le lac offre un endroit idéal pour regarder le coucher du soleil sur l'eau. Deux quais avec chaises pour se prélasser et échelle pour nager. Foyer extérieur idéal pour s'asseoir, beaucoup de bois de chauffage disponible! Le terrain de pétanque et le trou de maïs offrent du plaisir en famille! Apportez votre propre bateau ou louez-en un à la marina sur le lac Blackshear. Bon endroit pour amarrer le bateau au quai pour la durée de la location.

Le parc d'État des anciens combattants est à moins de 10 minutes en bateau ou à terre. Vous pourrez y jouer au golf, à la randonnée ou au frisbee ultime! Le Retreat at Lake Blackshear propose une cuisine raffinée au Cordelia's, et le Cypress Grill a une super ambiance en plein air sur l'eau. Un autre endroit local préféré pour la pizza est The Cove, à seulement quelques minutes. À proximité, le Daphne Lodge est un endroit merveilleux pour manger et a été présenté dans le magazine Southern Living. Ou conduisez en 15 minutes jusqu'à Cordele et prenez un steak à la 16e Avenue Est. Vous ne serez pas déçu!

Il y a aussi 2 hamacs, 2 kayaks, un canoë et des vélos à votre disposition pour rendre votre week-end plus agréable.

It’s Perfect

Everything about this property is wonderful. We loved the location and enjoyed both docks. The house has lots of room as pictures show and the beds were very comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Gem on the water

Great home on Lake Blackshear in a quiet area with easy access to nearby town, Veterans Memorial Park, Andersonville National Cemetery and Museum. Plenty of great local restaurants. The home is clean, quaintly decorated with a wonderful porch. Plenty of parking. Hope to book again next year for our annual trip.

Great Quiet Getaway on Lake Blackshear

We really enjoyed our stay. We decided to bring our meals along with to prepare & enjoy at the house. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the things we needed in preparation and the grill was amazing! Great sunsets from the dock! We definitely recommend and would come back!

Cindy and her family were a wonderful host! We had a few questions and she responded quickly! The lake house was amazing. It was amazing to wake up and fish from the docks and the sunsets were perfect! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Perfect spot on the lake!

Had a wonderful time in this wonderful house on the lake! Its not only as described its better. Plenty of space. Nice screened porch and very large dock. Had lots of fun fishing and ended up using the fire pit one night. Would definitely recommend!

Nice lake house

This was our first time in the area so the information on where to eat and go was great. The house had everything we needed for a long weekend. Our only issue which was not an issue for a long weekend would be to update the pots and pans especially for a longer stay. Thank you for allowing us to experience the lake, hopefully we’ll get to go again.

Second Stay

Our family loves this lake house! It has everything you need for a fun weekend at the lake. We loved hanging out on the dock, relaxing in the hammocks, and making s’mores around the huge fire pit. The grandkids enjoyed the bocce ball and just running around the big yard. There’s a nice boat slip and a wonderful screened in porch. The house is clean and comfortable. We especially love the large dining table that’s big enough for everyone to sit and enjoy the food that we grilled every night on the nice grill. This is a great rental and the owner is super nice!

Fantastic Weekend

My family along with another family stayed here over the Labor Day weekend and we cannot say enough good things about our weekend. This was by far one of the best relaxing and stress free vacations we have had. The house was cozy and comfortable and very clean and had enough space for everyone. The property itself was amazing and the views were incredible. We enjoyed tubing, swimming, kayaking, relaxing on the dock and in the hammocks. Everyone even the adults enjoyed all the activities!! The fish were not very cooperative this weekend but still everyone had fun trying to snag one. Would definitely recommend this listing to anyone who is looking for great accommodations on the lake. We will be visiting again in the future!

Amazing home by the lake

This was the perfect house for our family of six. We had so much fun that we didn’t want to leave. We wished we had booked a longer stay. The house was very clean and there was plenty of room for the entire family. Everything was comfortable, cozy, and the house was fully stocked with everything that you would need for your stay. We used the two kayaks that were provided and brought our own inflatable paddle boards. It was a great spot for fishing off of the dock and the lake was beautiful. We tried the suggested restaurant for pizza and store for snacks. There is a Walmart only fifteen minutes away by car- if you need to pick up anything that you forgot- like we did. The grill was nice, as well as the fire pit for sitting around and enjoying s’mores. We will definitely return as this was the perfect lake house for family fun.

My family has lived in Cordele for many generations and we are so happy to now have a second home on Lake Blackshear. We purchased the home in the spring of 2013 and had many great times over the summer. Now we want to share it with others!

The beautiful lot is what sold us on this property. It has a nicely landscaped back yard with 110 feet of waterfrontage. The screened back porch overlooks the lake with gorgeous sunsets. The docks are ideal for relaxing as well.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I redecorated the house when we purchased it in 2013, it has a very charming lake decor! It also has a swing overlooking the lake, rocking chairs on the front porch, and nice deck furniture on the back porch for relaxing with family and friends. Addendum, May 2016 I added a bocce ball court
