This luxurious apartment in Altos de Chavon is fully furnished and equipped. Nestled within the stunning Casa de Campo Resort, it offers a modern and stylish retreat. Located in the world-renowned Casa de Campo Resort, recognized as the top golf resort in the Caribbean, our unit features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a living room, new modern kitchen, and terrace.

This apartment offers exceptional comfort with air conditioning throughout, elegant Italian marble floors, and luxurious bathroom fixtures. You can also enjoy refreshing tropical breezes by opening the numerous windows and sliding doors. One bedroom is fully furnished with king and the second bedroom with a two double beds. The kitchen is spacious, the living room is gorgeous, and there's a laundry area with a washer and dryer at your disposal.

Our washing machine and dryer are provided inside the apartment for your personal use. You're welcome to use them and purchase your preferred detergents from local supermarkets. We supply detergents for washing the condo's linen and towels. Bed linen and towels are provided during your stay.

The apartment will be delivered clean and will be cleaned after check-out. There is no cleaning service during stay less than 7 days. For stay of a week or longer there is a cleaning service once a week.

The condo building features a large, stunning modern infinity swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spacious gazebo with a barbecue grill. The pool area is furnished with luxury furniture for relaxation in style and comfort. Please reserve the barbecue in advance.

Guests enjoy private access to the entire apartment.

As a registered guest of our unit in Casa de Campo, you have complete access to the resort, beach, pool, and restaurants. Additional charges may apply for certain resort facilities and activities.

Guests capacity won’t be exceeded without host authorization. Additional guests will incur additional costs.

An email address must be provided upon booking completion. Important check-in and registration details will be sent closer to the arrival date. Additionally, guests are required to provide a list of names and a passport is required for non-Dominican residents or citizens and must be provided to request access to Casa de Campo at the security checkpoint. This information must be submitted at least 3 days before the arrival date. Failure to provide this information promptly may delay access to Casa de Campo.

If you're using driver services, a valid ID for the driver must be provided so we can request access to Casa de Campo for pick-up and drop-off. Ground transportation to and from airport is offered upon request.

Casa de Campo is expansive, so having a car or golf cart during your stay is highly recommended.

There are numerous outstanding restaurants located throughout the resort. Additionally, there is an excellent modern supermarket at the Marina where you can purchase all your groceries, and a small mini-market at Altos de Chavon. At the Marina, you'll also find exceptional wine and liquor stores that cater to even the most discerning tastes as well as a drug store.

Horseback riding or playing polo
Taking the boat shuttle service from Minitas Beach to Catalina Island.

We have stocked the space with essential items, however, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay such as toilet paper, soaps, drinking water, etc.
