Before we dive into the details of the house, let’s get straight to what makes a Viridian property different from every other listing on Peninsula Papagayo. All of our Viridian Experience villas come fully staffed and include not one, but two boats exclusively for Viridian guests. This is the heart of the Viridian Experience and what sets us completely apart.

All of our Viridian Experience villas include:
• Pre-arrival grocery, beverage, and alcohol stocking service (items billed to guest at cost with receipts provided; your villa will be fully stocked upon arrival)
• Private chef providing three+ custom meals per day tailored to your family’s preferences
• Half-day private charter on an insane custom 40’ Barker motor catamaran for fishing with all equipment, bait, captain/co-captain, and $500 of fuel included (option to upgrade to full-day offshore trip)
• Half-day on our Coastal Air Nautique wakesurf boat featuring wakesurf boards, foil boards, tubes, captain, and more (full day included for 7+ night stays; 5–6 night stays include a half-day)

Now, let’s get into the house itself. Discover this 6-bedroom Viridian Experience villa in Peninsula Papagayo. It has six ensuite bedrooms—five king bedrooms and a sixth luxury bunk room equipped with two kings and two queens on top. This house comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests. There are two additional half baths and an outdoor shower next to the massive custom sauna and Morozko Forge x Viridian Experience cold plunge. This house is insane. Of course there’s a beautiful pool with hot tub overlooking the ocean.

And yes, there is a Trackman golf simulator room. When the midday temps keep you off the Four Seasons golf course, you can keep swinging in the air conditioning while your butler brings you a margarita or tropical smoothie.

While the house itself is unbelievable, the amenities on the peninsula are unmatched. The golf course you’ll have access to is shared with the Four Seasons and the Ritz Reserve Nekajui.
