5 Star Vacation

We traveled here from Florida with a family of 10 people ages 65 to 8 months. The house is so perfectly laid out for children. There is a beautiful view from the pool and everything such as dinner and daytime events is accessible by golf cart. We had a private chef who was not only extremely reasonable but a wonderful person and chef. The peninsula is beautiful and immaculate and everyone is so friendly. The best part was the help from Hazel at Papaguyo Exclusive. She helped with everything and is so easy to work with. She definitely made it a trip to remember.

The only constructive feedback I have would be around improving quality of the kitchen cookware and small/large appliances which though functional are not up to same standard as rest of the magnificent home.

Perfect blend of relaxation, luxury and adventure

We stayed at this magnificent house with 2 families including 6 teenagers and everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Rudy and PEXS arranged everything for us including golf carts, meals and groceries and responded to anything we needed while there. The property is stunning and easy for a group of 10 to enjoy. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the house and the area.

Great house, great view, great service!

We recently spent a week at this house with our family of 6, and had and excellent time. The beach club is really, really nice as well, and the service was excellent. We really have no compaints! The Papagayo Pennsula community is beautiful, and the staff working in the community is so nice and helpful. You will not be disappointed!

Magnificent

Our families have vacationed in Costa Rica the past three years and have found it to be an extremely welcoming country to tourists. Locals are friendly, English speaking and the American dollar is conveniently accepted. The Liberia airport houses many airline carriers and offers flights from numerous U.S. cities. Peninsula Papagayo is a short 25 minute ride from the airport and a rental car is not necessary as golf carts are available for rent and can be used for transportation while on the peninsula. Traveling from the northeastern part of the States and trying to escape the harsh February winter weather, we have found the Guanacaste climate to be spectacular during all three years we’ve visited. Every single day has offered cloud-free sunny days with temperatures in the low 90’s by day and high 70’s by night. Our concierge, Estefania, could not have been more responsive during our vacation weeks. She provides her email and personal phone number for all-hours access. Valuable services provided during our stay included transportation services, excursion reservations, extensive local knowledge and grocery delivery. We have never seen Estefania less than extremely friendly, cheerful, helpful and caring. The house accommodations offer everything you could ask for from a vacation property. The area is exclusive and completely private. Rooms are spacious and provide ample seating indoors and outdoors (sun and shade). The infinity pool is sizable and kept at the perfect temperature. Views from the home are magnificent and overlook the Pacific Ocean, mountains, Prieta Bay, the Four Seasons isthmus, Culebra Bay in the distance and even Monkey Rock. The home provides all necessary kitchen items, laundry facilities, daily housekeeping/pool cleaning and even a sound system that can be accessed with your smart device. While on property, we felt like we were in our own personal zoo. During the week, we saw monkeys, coati, deer and exotic birds. Activities within the peninsula are plentiful and include surfing, paddle-boarding, kayaking, jet skiing, boating, fishing, snorkeling, mountain biking, golfing and tennis. Activities off property are equally numerous and include zip-lining, ATVing, horseback riding, river tubing and water water rafting. Restaurant options, both inside and outside the peninsula, are also plentiful.

Breathtaking, Great Location & Views

The interior is very well laid out, spacious and well-maintained. The property is private and offers some of the best views from the peninsula. It's location is convenient to all amenities and activities (golf, beach, biking, tennis, zip lining, horse back riding, jet skiing). The property managers have been extremely responsive, helpful and friendly.

Fantastic Property

We love this property! We went back for a second year and booked a 3rd already for 2019. Well maintained, beautiful views, terrific accommodating staff at PEXS. We had 2 families with a total of 8 people and plenty of room. We rented golf carts this year rather than a car. Everything you need is reachable via the carts on the peninsula. Truly the best vacation either family has ever had.

Most Relaxing Vacation Ever!

I cannot explain how incredibly beautiful this home is and how comfortable my stay was here. It's called the Pericos! It is situated in the hills of the peninsula papagayo, a very upscale, gated, quiet community that all of the elite homes are in. The views from the house are breathtaking and I couldn't get enough of the evening sunsets shimmering on the water and on the incredible edgeless pool!! Each room is so neatly and perfectly decorated and the bathrooms are all very large in size and have a modern feel to them. The master bedroom you will never want to leave because of the views, the comfortable furniture and the bathroom is gorgeous! The landscaping and grounds are spectacular and immaculate and just look beautiful! The staff is great and they are always there to get you whatever you need. They are all very friendly and they keep everything spotless. Meghan was the chef we hired and the food she prepared was better than dining at any 5 star restaurant! Absolutely delicious!! The pool was a perfect temperature and felt so wonderful and refreshing! The edgeless pool is gorgeous and at night it feels as if you were going to swim into the sky as it is all lit up with stars! The weather was perfectly 85 degrees there. The slight breezes that come through make it the perfect, most tropical paradise in the world! Pexs is very attentive to the renters needs and is a great team to work with! They speak both english and spanish which makes it a lot easier to communicate. They are all about making it a vacation that you will love and remember and want to come back to! I would recommend this vacation rental to anyone because it is truly an amazing, magical place!!

Fabulous home, stunning views, makes for a magical vacation

We absolutely enjoyed each minute of our stay at this home in Peninsula Papagayo. The home was well appointed in all respects. The PEXS management team not only helped us set up activities for our stay, but were there for us every step of the way to ensure our vacation was truly magical. We were first time visitors to Costa Rica and did not know the area, the Concierge team arranged for grocery deliveries, arranged all activities and were readily available to answer any questions at any time during our stay. The listing photos were very accurate and the property was impeccable, it is a gem. It also came with daily housekeeping that made our vacation truly a vacation. The housekeeping staff was non invasive and quite productive and would come at times that were convenient to our needs. The Prieta Beach Club was amazing, quiet and relaxing. We found the food on the peninsula also excellent. Within the peninsula, we relaxed at the Preita Beach Club which is a perfect surf for young children to boogie board. The pools and views offer anything you would want in a Beach Club. Given its proximity to the Four Seasons Resort, we took advantage of the Four Seasons by playing Golf, spa treatments, dining at any of the resort restaurants and day passes are available to utilize the resort's facilities. The Concierge service also helped to arrange fantastic off-site private tours. Although many options are available, we ultimately decided on a boat charter and day trip to the volcanic hot springs that included horseback riding, lunch and zip-lining. Each of the tours was perfect and staffed by friendly and knowledgable guides. We would highly recommend this property to a friend or relative, and in fact already have. We would also be interested in returning to the home again as it really delivered everything we wanted or could imagine. It is truly a gem to find.

Perfect Vacations! Pura Vida Costa Rica!

This house exceeded all of our expectations. Clearly, the owners have a pride of ownership, and have furnished and decorated the house in a beautiful, contemporary style. Their attention to detail is evident with each room adorned in unique color coordinated furnishings. The rooms are clean, large, and flow nicely into the outdoor spaces. Everything we needed was there at our fingertips, from the well appointed kitchen, to the linens, large pool towels, and even pool lounges and floats. The beds are new and very comfortable, and we enjoyed the privacy of the backyard with the lovely pool, gas fire pit, and nice sitting area. Upon our arrival, we easily slipped into a relaxed vacation mode, and felt little need to leave this blissful retreat. The neighborhood is very quiet and we were also close enough to enjoy, golf, beaches, boat rides and restaurants at Peninsula & Marina Papagayo, which were only a short distance away. We will definitely be back again, and would recommend this house to anyone desiring the perfect getaway!"

Beautiful home, beatiful place and great service!!!!

The experience was great since the beginning. We were picked at the airport, and taken to this beautiful house in Papagayo that surrounded by nature and with great views of the ocean and the golf course. The pool area is fantastic. It has great spaces and with comfortable sitting and dining areas, lounge chairs, and BBQ. It was really nice to spend time outside and the weather was wonderful. All the room in the house is comfortable, and very luxurious. The two master suites have incredible views and sunsets. The housekeeping staff was wonderful. They came everyday and left the house in perfect conditions, we didn’t even have to lift a finger. We also used the rental management, Pexs, breakfast service, and they serve us a traditional Costarican breakfast and the food was excellent. Everything is during this vacation was perfect from the house, the beach club which is a 20 minute walk from the house, the tours, and the people. I will visit Costa Rica and most likely stay in this house again.
