Notre formidable condo d'une chambre à Grande Bay est magnifiquement meublé et décoré avec de nombreuses touches personnelles et entièrement équipé avec tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour un séjour merveilleux et avec une vue imprenable sur les Caraïbes. Nous avons aussi un condo studio à côté (VRBO # 288205) pour votre considération et ensemble, nous les avons nommés "Sugar n 'Spice"; la chambre à coucher est "Sugar" et le studio est "Spice". Consultez les commentaires pour la liste VRBO # 288205 et vous aurez une très bonne idée du genre d'expérience que vous pouvez vous attendre à rester avec nous. Louez l'une ou l'autre des unités et venez explorer St John en tant qu'invité; Nous venons à St John depuis plus de 30 ans et connaissons très bien l'île et sommes heureux de partager nos connaissances lors de la planification de votre voyage.

La chambre à coucher dispose d'un roi lit à baldaquin dans la chambre principale et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Nous avons un bain maître double coulé. Il y a un grand balcon d'où profiter des vues impressionnantes et une laveuse / sécheuse en taille réelle ainsi qu'une place de parking disponible si vous choisissez de louer une jeep. Et, bien sûr, nous avons une cuisine entièrement équipée en acier inoxydable et granit et un gril électrique Weber sur le balcon. Nous avons des chaises de plage, des serviettes et des glacières pour votre usage et nous avons une bonne connexion Internet et un téléviseur Sony haute définition avec Apple TV et Netflix.

Nous sommes situés dans le bâtiment arrière C (Stairwell 6) au deuxième étage près de la piscine, ce qui nous semble être le premier emplacement dans Grande Bay car il nous offre des vues vraiment expansives et offre plus d'intimité et de calme que les unités dans les bâtiments inférieurs dans la rue et plus près de la ville. Grande baie offre une belle piscine, bain à remous et terrasse de la piscine avec une vue magnifique sur les Caraïbes. Nous avons également un centre de fitness avec des tapis roulants, vélos elliptiques, vélos d'exercice et des poids tous avec des vues spectaculaires sur les Caraïbes. Et tous les restaurants, boutiques, bars, etc de Cruz Bay sont à 1-10 minutes à pied.

Alors venez vous détendre et explorer la magnifique île de St John! Il n'y a rien de mieux que le café du matin ou un verre de vin du soir assis sur le balcon et juste à regarder la vue magnifique. Beautiful condo! Perfect layout. Every amenity. New appliances, great kitchen, antique Caribbean furniture, comfortable bed, tastefully decorated, nice view. Would not hesitate to rent this until again. Onsite management by St John Villa Co - there is never an issue when staying at Grande Bay! Owner is available and attentive to any needs also. Location is wonderful- close to all the action but far enough away to be quiet. Had a rough travel day and arrived to a parking problem, but Shari in office quickly resolved it. Condo is well stocked and while a little dated, it was clean. Thank you for a nice home base for our St. John's adventure.

A wonderful condo in Cruz Bay

Perfect Cruz Bay location. The condo is a short walk from the ferry and close to all the Cruz Bay restaurants and nightlife. We rented a car 1 day to explore the island, otherwise we walked to the cab stand and took open air taxis to all the North Shore beaches. The condo was clean, spacious, with a balcony and full kitchen. It was exactly as advertised.

Pleasant Stay

My third visit to St. John, and definitely enjoyed this condo. First two visits I stayed in a studio suite, and this time was very nice to stay in the unit with the full kitchen and separate bedroom. Perfect location with an easy walk to and from ferry if need be. The included parking spot was excellent as we rented a car. Would definitely return.

Excellent Stay at Sugar 'n' Spice

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was recently renovated and was very well equipped. The owner was very responsive and was very pleasant ro deal with. Grande Bay is the perfect place to stay on St John. The restaurants are all within walking distance and there is a lovely view of the water.

Perfect getaway

This condo was very clean and had everything you would need for your stay! Location could not have been better. Easy short walks to restaurants and bars. Great parking garage and very easy to communicate with staff. Although you won't need to because there are not any problems! Our honeymoon was amazing because of this place. Highly recommend.

Betty and I have been coming to St John with our family for over 30 years. Our daughters think of St John as their second home and now our grandchildren are learning the magic of St John. When Grande Bay was first proposed in 2005, we bought before a shovel went into the ground and have owned ever since. Indeed, for many years, Tom served as President of the Homeowners Association. We'd love to share our St John insights and experiences with you and hope you will come to love the island as we do.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We own both this one bedroom condo as well as a next door studio condo (see VRBO # 288205). Each unit sleeps up to four and the units can be rented separately or combined. These units are professionally decorated with high end furnishings and many personal touches. We have what we believe is a premier location within Grande Bay -- in the upper building closest to the pool and away from the town side which affords us really expansive views and provides much more privacy and quiet than the units in the lower buildings on the street and closer to town.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Grande Bay is uniquely situated on the edge of Cruz Bay allowing you to be able to walk to all the many restaurants, bars, shops, etc within 1-10 minutes, yet have complete quiet with amazing Caribbean views when you are back in the condo. You can also walk/hike to amazing National Park beaches (Solomon and Honeymoon) in 30 minutes on the beautiful Linde Trail.
