Welcome to our freshly renovated 4-bed, 2.5-bath home—sleeps 12! Modern kitchen, cozy living w/ smart TVs, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Quiet neighborhood, just 2 mins to shopping and dining options. Fenced in back yard w/ BBQ. Free parking, laundry, linens. Ideal for families or groups!

Please be mindful of the neighbors, and respect our quiet hours from 10pm - 7am. Any loud music or events stretching later than this is a violation of our house rules, and disrespectful to our neighbors. Thank you!

8 adults stayed in this house and it was spacious. The additional 1/2 bath is a great feature. Appliances were new. Neighborhood was quiet and the property manager addressed the snow and ice immediately. The manager was responsive and accommodating to our needs.

The location was great close to everything you would need. Newly renovated is a correct statement however bare minimum is what it should say, floors were uneven and soft in places, the mattresses are old box. Spring mattress very uncomfortable and hard, the backyard was not even usable. The doors were spray painted and not done thoroughly. And to top it all off when I got there I had to wait an hour and a half to get the code to unlock the door, then asked 2 times if it was okay for the landscaping crew could come to seed the backyard. It definitely was not what we were expecting so much so that we left a day early

Photos in the listing accurately portrayed the home. This guest complained about every tiny detail during their whole stay. So you stayed at the property in the beginning of spring and are disappointed that the backyard was not perfectly manicured? That seems to be overly picky to me. Across all of our listings we average over 90% rating from our guests, so this clearly does not accurately represent the typical experience.

We were in town for the Jr Addidas 3SSB tournament at the Mishawaka Field House which was minutes away from the house. The location was perfect. The house is exactly what is shown in the pictures. The house was very neat and clean. Looks like the floors and carpet were redone. There was a TV in every room almost which helped when we stayed inside until it was time for our games to start. The beds were comfortable. The pictures does not really give you how spacious the house truly is. No one was on top of each other. There is a basketball court in the backyard that the kids really enjoyed even if it was on grass. The neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors really friendly. Just minutes away from Notre Dame (which we visited as well) it’s the perfect house to stay at. Thank you for allowing us to stay here. It was truly home away from home.

This was such an amazing experience for my guest. It was so spacious and so comfortable. I absolutely love the bottom area near the backyard area. Also the neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were nice and friendly. I didn’t want to leave this home. I loved it!!! The beds were comfortable and everything was so organized and clean. Anytime I come back to Indiana , this will be my choice of stay every time

Brian, our host, was very accommodating & responded quickly to our messages. Excellent location! Close to restaurants, shopping, Notre Dame, parks & South Bend Airport. SPACIOUS -accommodates 8 adults & 2 children easily. Beautiful kitchen appliances, (new range and double door fridge with ice-maker) & large capacity washer/Dryer. This isn't a luxury unit but it fulfills all necessities; kitchen w air-fryer, microwave, pots & pans, dishes, flatware, very nice Keurig w both, pot & cup functions, but NO DISHWASHER. A supply of Keurig pods were furnished along with ground coffee. Dining table for 6. Three bathrooms; 1- half bath in laundry room, 1- full bath off main hallway, & 1- 3/4 bath off primary bedroom. 1ST COMPLAINT:there is NO DOOR ON THE PRIMARY BATH w toilet next to bedroom opening & fan switch across room!? Comfortable couch & loveseat in main living room w nice size TV. TVs in 2 bedrooms, Living room, & family room. Unfortunately, there was NO TV IN THE PRIMARY! Family room has 1 twin, 1 double bed, & a 2-loung sofa. Queen beds in the 3 main floor bedrooms w nice carpets &. 2 night stands in each w outlets & USB ports. My 2nd complaint would be that there's no dressers in the main floor bedrooms making it impossible to fully unpack and organize. Driveway parking for 2 vehicles w open street parking. OK, my 3rd complaint was the 8 digit entry code. We're seniors and we can't remember what we had for breakfast most of the time, let alone, a random 8-digit code!! LOL!
