The upper level contains all 4 bedrooms and a nursery area if needed. Relax in the huge Master Suite with King Size bed, Smart TV, sitting chair and home office furniture to accommodate extended stays, Work and Play vacations and Locum assignments. Enjoy the Master Suite's private walk-out deck that overlooks the lake. Take in views of the sunrise with your morning coffee, a shaded afternoon siesta or an evening glass of wine. The views of the property and lake from this spot are gorgeous.
The living room is inviting with ample seating, a gas fireplace and a large TV. The kitchen has all the amenities and top of the line appliances with open views to the lake and a dining table that fits 8. In addition, there's a family/game room with table, seating and another TV, games and good books too. There's also a fully stocked laundry room on this level. We provide everything you'll need!
Outside and overlooking the lake, you'll find seating and a propane Grill on the historic repurposed brick patio. Surrounding the patio and lining the property edges is the most gorgeous landscaping. Flowers in bloom throughout the seasons provide a wonderful sense of appreciation for the beauty of nature. Enjoy the view as you walk down to the water’s edge and the sandy beach where you can swim, kayak, fish or just sit on the dock and soak in the sun. The tree lined shore across the lake is undeveloped and provides additional viewing beauty throughout the changing seasons. This lake is safe and has a 10mph speed limit. No speeding boats or Jet Skis to worry about as you play in and enjoy the crystal clear water!
