Perfect for families, couples traveling together, or multi-generational groups, these side-by-side homes, each with their own hot tub, blend comfort, privacy, and classic Mendocino Coast serenity, all just moments from bluff trails and the area’s iconic natural beauty, while sitting directly on the bluff of the Pacific Ocean.

Inside, both spaces offer their own charm while sharing a cohesive sense of warmth and simplicity. The main house welcomes you with an open-concept living space filled with natural light, high ceilings, and cozy seating ideal for gathering after a day of exploring. Complete with quality speakers with convenient connections to any device that has a 3.5mm headphone output or dual RCA output, large TV, and spacious dining area make it easy to relax, play games, or enjoy long meals together. The full kitchen is well equipped for group cooking, from quick breakfasts to coastal-inspired dinners.

The adjacent cottage offers a quieter, more intimate space, perfect for guests who prefer a little extra privacy.
