It was a blast fishing off the dock cooking with the lights on underneath the house everything was really clean and nice nothing but good things about this place I wil be trying to do this again

This place was perfect for our trip. The pier was great. The living area was open and roomy. Loved sitting on the deck upstairs. It was nice that there were not houses across the creek.

Always a great stay here

One of my favorite if not favorite place in Sargent...everything went as expected and we were not disappointed other than the bay fishing could have been better but that's the way it goes. Overall had a great time and can't wait to go back next year

perfect setup for our family. Beautiful house and property

We had a fantastic time. perfect place for families to get together. Beautiful sunsets. and great fishing set up. We brought our boat and it made it so easy to get around and pull up for the night

Making memories every visit....

Great property, great location, great views and great fishing! The family always looks forward to our trip to Sargent, mainly because of NautiDreams. Love this home. Had a great weekend and already looking forward to the next trip!

I love the house

The house was amazing. The house looks a lot better than the pictures do it was quiet and the owner responded every time I had a question definitely will be going back.

Great place to unwind and be with friends or family. We go with a group of men that are retired and worked together most of our lives. We have a blast just reminiscing old times and telling fishing lies.

Fun time

We had a great stay! The house is very comfortable. The boat lift is a big plus! If I could give more than five stars for host communication I would. Very helpful and very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was there!

We (2 adults, 2 kids, 2 dogs) stayed for an extra long weekend and everything we wanted was onsite and available. Covered parking, expansive deck & dock, grill, beach toys, towels, crab traps, great wifi, etc. The entire place was clean and had clear instructions on how best to check out. The owners were available and responsive. Everything was great for a much needed getaway to fish, beach, eat, and drink!

Great Fishing and Crabbing

We held a mini family reunion at this house down in Sargent, and had hoped to catch some fish and crab. The 29 crab we caught made for a wonderful feast, and we caught a few keeper fish that were tasty, and a lot of little fish that we released, but kept the kids occupied for the whole weekend. Its a peaceful, nice little place that did what we needed: it allowed us to stay focused on our time together as a family.

Taking a break away from home

This has been our third stay. The house and grounds are clean. Kids enjoy fishing off the peer and crabbing. Good communication with the host. Being able to travel with our dog is a bonus! Dollar General is close by and carries produce and has a big refrigerated section.

Sargent summer fun

The house was perfect and exactly what we needed for our stay. The location on the creek is just awesome. We even got a fishing trip in and caught some really nice reds and trout. We will definitely be back. And will book this house again. Our host was so accommodating to our needs. Roseann Mikes

Great location,had a great time,could not catch any keeper trout but raked in the crabs. Only problem was that one of the fishing lights was not working.

Great Caney Creek location

Overall, the house was very comfortable. The A/C was exceptional! However, the bottom floor which had the half bath was not as expected and neither was the bunk room. I would be sure on our next rental that all areas have central air. We did enjoy our stay and had a great time using the pier for fishing & crabbing and the backyard which overlooked the water was very nice.

Hi, I'm glad to hear you and your guests had a terrific stay! I'm sorry the downstairs didn't meet your expectations, but I'd like to clarify that the downstairs bath is a full bath with shower and the bunk room has a brand new air conditioner and heater, it's just not connected to the central air (also brand new) in the rest of the house. I'd definitely be interested in additional feedback as to why you found the downstairs not to your liking if you don't mind taking a few minutes to send me a note to help improve for future guests. Everything you need...

The property was as described and provided many amenities. Working with Barbara was very easy and the whole process was smooth. We had a large group and the driveway provided plenty of parking. There was enough space for us to relax, fish, and cook. The extra fridge downstairs allowed us to store enough food for our larger group. The bugs outside were crazy but that is to be expected. The neighbors were very friendly, as well. Great stay.
