Beach fest is a beautiful property on the Intracoastal Waterway overlooking the Gulf of Mexico featuring three bedrooms and two full baths. (1 king, 1 queen, and 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds) Comfortably sleeps 8, with sofas could accommodate 10. Fully stocked kitchen boasts ample space and culinary utensils to prepare your catch of the day meals!! Bring your boat, your fishing gear, your family and friends to this amazing Sargent coastal front property. Easy access to public boat ramp across the Intracoastal. Relax and enjoy the breathtaking porch view. Large partially shaded deck is great for sipping coffee in the morning and enjoying the sunrise or eating dinner and taking in a stunning sunset. Property is complete with your own private pier and 1000 watt green fishing lights!

The house itself was nice, clean, and stayed cool thanks to the pretty good A/C. We also loved that it was dog friendly, which was a great bonus for our family.There were a few things outside of the host’s control, like the fishing and crabbing not being very successful during our stay. The boys fished almost nonstop for two days, but nothing was quite big enough or plentiful enough to keep. We really appreciated that the host provided crab traps for us to use.The house was stocked with most of what we needed, which was great. The washer, dryer, and quality cookware were definitely a plus. The only thing I wish had been included was basic toiletries in the master bathroom such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.A few things could have been better. The hot tub was broken, and we didn’t find out until a day or so before the trip, which was disappointing. The main door was also very difficult to close and became a constant issue throughout our stay. The living room fan light worked, but the fan itself did not. Because the wind can be strong in that area, the charcoal grill was very hard to use, so another grilling option would have been helpful.Even with these setbacks, we still had a fun and memorable trip. Thank you for hosting us.

Host was extremely accommodating and the house was very clean and organized. The dock was very nice also and we had a blast fishing! We'll definitely be back!

We always love staying at this house it’s in a great location and always very clean! we enjoy that the house is fully stocked in the kitchen and rooms and makes it a lot easier on us! The fishing pier and lights are nice and the fishing is usually pretty good!! We highly recommend this house and always enjoy staying!!!

Reasonable

My family stayed here before and loved it, which was the reason why we stayed again. We love that this home has plenty of indoor and outdoor space and everything you need. With that being said, This time we felt that the house was not as clean as before and had several damaged or items in need of repair. The front door was hard to open and close. The pots and pans are old and not the safest with Teflon peeling. Silverware dirty, the kitchen appliances were dirty and the cabinets had dirty food or liquid drips. The sofas are dingy unlike the leather that was there before and easy to clean or feel clean. Outdoor furniture not the best of condition. Our bed clothing had somewhat of a musty smell as if they had been left in the washer and not dried for a while. It seems to me as if the cleaning crew did not do their job or not take pride in the outcome. This home now has a jacuzzi, which was a plus! Overall, you will enjoy staying here. To the owners, I would definitely pay attention to the cleanliness and several aforementioned items and this review would then be back to a five star!!!

Another Great Stay

The homeowner made sure our stay was great. We enjoyed our time yet again on the Intracoastal, and our second stay in this home. Would recommend it!
