Beautiful Home on Caney Creek w/ Fishing Pier, Hot Tub, Fire Pit & Golf Cart!!

Pelican's Paradise was just fully remodeled in 2022, and this home has it all! Gorgeous interior with plenty of space for your family and/or friends, fabulous outdoor hang out spaces, a HOT TUB!, fishing pier, fire pit and much more! You'll love spending time here, relaxing in the hot tub or fishing from the pier. Or head on over to the beach, just a few minute drive or boat ride.

Bedroom Layout is as follows:
Main Floor - Master Bedroom with King Bed
Upstairs Bedroom - Huge room with 2 queen beds, a twin over twin bunk bed, and 2 twin XL floor cushion beds that can be used for kids
Ground Level Bedroom - Queen bed with 1 twin XL floor cushion bed that is great for kids

Each floor has a full bathroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all you would need, and then some! There is both a charcoal grill and a propane grill for outdoor cooking. Tons of seating outside too!

Fiber Wifi and Smart Roku TV's in each bedroom, living room and in the extra seating area are in "Guest Mode". You can select your check out date, and log into your own apps.. then you will be automatically logged out on your checkout date!

Tons of outdoor seating, and a hot tub under the home makes for an amazing outdoor environment for you to enjoy! There is also a lovely firepit!

We also have a golf cart available for an additional fee to drive around within the neighborhood (must stay in the neighborhood).

We do allow 1-2 dogs, but they are strictly not allowed on furniture or to be left unattended in the home. They must either be with you, or crated if you are not actively watching them. Also, we ask that you clean up after them in the yard, and follow leash laws. We love pets, but want to keep our new home beautiful for all of our guests!
