Centrally located in the heart of the Historic District, this property is a short distance to restaurants, shops, galleries and both ferry terminals. Well maintained with the ability to accommodate a large family with plenty of room to spread out.
First Floor: Large center hall with the open living room with dining area on the right and single twin bedroom with œ bath on the left. The kitchen is at the rear of the first floor and leads to a large covered porch with plenty of room for outdoor seating and dining. Master king bedroom with full bath also opens to porch. Study with TV is across from the dining room.
Second floor: Large living area with TV, queen bedroom, bedroom with two twin beds and additional bedroom with trundle bed.
Homes in Madequecham are spacious both inside and out and are perfect for enjoying summer cookouts and time with large families, wedding parties, or weekend getaways with a group.
