Welcome to The Bounty. A classic 5 bedroom/4 bathroom Nantucket home. Sankaty Head lighthouse 3 homes down, ocean across the street, Sankaty Head Golf Course in the backyard and walk to the cute town of Sconset with shops and restaurants via the stunning bluff walk. Enjoy the big flat backyard to play or spend your time on the wrap-around porch watching the beautiful sunsets or golfers on hole #5. The home is decorated in classic Nantucket style, with lots of character and charm. Fully equipped kitchen including ice maker. Bedrooms on all three levels provide privacy and space to spread out. Two king master suites upstairs, main level queen bedroom with bathroom, and two lower level bedrooms, twins and king plus bath. Two sleeper sofas for extra options. Plenty of parking, beach gear, grill and bikes. Outdoor shower. Come enjoy the best of Nantucket!

Brilliant place to stay for the week in Nantucket!! Everything you could need for an amazing week of beaches, biking, dining and exploring on the island. Everything was very comfortable and we didn’t want for anything.

Columbus Day Weekend

3 generations of family went to Nantucket for the long Columbus Day weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house in Sconset was beautiful and had everything we needed and then some. It was so easy communicating with the owner and we can’t wait to go back again.

An exceptional rental

The house was spacious and well appointed. Beach chairs, bikes, sheets and towels were very nice. The owner was responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this property!

This is the third time we've stayed here and once again it proved to be the perfect place for our family. The 3-floor layout works great for multi generational families. It allows each generation to have their own space. The huge wrap around deck was a wonderful place to relax in the early morning and late evening. The little ones loved to walk to see the lighthouse almost every day and the adults liked how close the house was to 'Sconset shops and the beach. The house was extremely well stocked and seemed to have at least one or two of anything you could possibly need including toys for the kids, beach supplies and lots of kitchen supplies as well. We hope to have the opportunity to visit The Bounty again next year. Thanks to the very responsive host, Kirsten!

Exceptional Property

This house is amazing! The 3-floor layout worked great for our family and the wrap around deck offered a perfect place to overlook the nearby private golf course with greenery everywhere. Even though this was our second time staying at this house we all were amazed once again that the owners have stocked it so well--there was at least one of anything you could imagine. I would highly recommend this beautiful, sparkling clean property!

All loved the Bounty on the Bluff! The 3 bedrooms with king size beds and en suite full bathrooms were so comfortable. Cocktails on the back wrap around porch/balcony with glorious sunsets was enjoyed by all. Of course, the Sconset location allowed us easy access to the beach, Sconset market, Claudette's sandwich shop and our two favorite restaurants, Chanticleer and Summer House. Kirsten was always available and responsive to any of our inquiries.

An Amazing House

Kirsten's house, The Bounty, was perfect for our family! We had with us 2 adult children, their spouses and 3 little granddaughters ages 2, 2 and 4. We loved the spacious rooms and the layout offered privacy when wanted and group/family time when wanted as well. The children loved the outdoor yard space and the adults enjoyed evening cocktails on the deck overlooking the sunsets. The house was exceptionally clean and I've never seen a kitchen so well stocked! It had every utensil, dish, pan, drinkware you could ever imagine! The bathrooms were large and spotless and the bedrooms offered large closets and lots of drawer storage as well. The location was perfect for a short bike ride to Sconset town and beach, and having the view of Sankaty Lighthouse was so special. I would highly recommend this house and we even hope to rent it again next summer. Thanks, Kirsten, for giving us such a wonderful experience!

Beautiful house

We had a very comfort stay here. This house is beautifully laid out and well stocked with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, glassware etc. Having bikes available at the property is also a great plus. Highly recommended.
