L'endroit parfait pour vos vacances sur l'île de Nantucket! Il dispose de 4 chambres à coucher 3 1/2 salles de bains centrale AC, cuisine mise à jour, idéal pour les familles. Il a tout le confort de la maison et situé sur Main Street historique!
Le premier étage dispose d'un grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine / salle familiale, bibliothèque / bureau, véranda et 1/2 salle de bain, portes vitrées ouvrant sur grande terrasse w extérieure douche et grillades.
Le deuxième étage a une suite parentale avec lit king size, et une chambre Queen en suite. Les deux autres chambres ont un lit queen et une chambre a des lits jumeaux. Les deux chambres partagent une nouvelle salle de bain avec douche / baignoire.
La maison est nichée avec une grande cour avant, et une plate-forme arrière privée et tranquille pour se détendre ou se divertir.

La charmante maison de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain a été rénovée avec goût par un architecte / artiste local.
La maison est remplie de lumière, et une terrasse ensoleillée privée. Le salon et les chambres sont spacieuses avec des planchers de bois franc refinis partout. La cuisine blanche est entièrement équipée avec une salle à manger adjacente. Les chambres fournissent des draps, des couettes et des oreillers, les salles de bains confortables serviettes. Chaque détail assure au visiteur une expérience parfaite de Nantucket.

Il y a de grands téléviseurs à écran plat dans la salle familiale, salon et chambres avec service de câble premium, WIFI et téléphone pour les appels locaux / fax / scan.

Every aspect of our stay was top notch. House was beautifully appointed and maintained with a nod to Nantucket history and architecture. Kitchen and baths were all well stocked. Fantastic location just a minutes walk to downtown while still maintaining a quiet neighborhood feel. Elle was fantastic and always available to assist with any questions or problems. The grounds were beautifully landscaped. There was more than enough room for 6 adults and a 2 year old. All in all a perfect home for vacation!

Wonderful Stay on Upper Main in Nantucket

Our family had a wonderful stay in a beautiful home on Main St. with everything you need for a great vacation in Nantucket with personal attention and historic touches. The location was terrific, just steps from the top of Downtown which made it super easy to visit all of the shops and restaurants. Our host made the process very easy and was always quick to respond to any questions. We made frequent use of the NRTA free shuttle to get to the beach and it was only a 5-10 minute walk to the bus depot. This is the place to stay if you want to be close to downtown, in a well appointed home with Nantucket charm.

4th of July Fun

Had an amazing visit over the 4th in amazing cozy Nantucket home. Beautiful artwork, peaceful vibe and super close to town. Georgeous home with great patio and outdoor shower that adds to the charm.

10/10 - Highly Recommend!

Our recent stay in Nantucket was a DREAM, and this property is a big reason why! The location is PERFECT and the layout worked so well for our family. There is enough space for folks to spread out but also to come together for family meals, game times, etc. The kitchen was well appointed and the grill and patio were a lovely way to extend the living space to the outdoors. All of the amazing artwork throughout the icing on the cake. Elle was a great host and we are already thinking about when we can come back. 10/10!

Beautiful home, amazing location!

Beautiful home with tons of Nantucket charm literally steps from Main Street and all the action. House has plenty of room, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could need. Private outdoor space with table, chairs and lights was great for nights we had dinner in. Owner was great and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend!

On the edge of town right on Main Street. We had a great time. Everything was close by. The house was clean and had plenty of room for eight people. Would definitely return.

Great fall stay!

We had a wonderful time at Elle’s house in Nantucket. The house is even nicer than described, and everything is super clean and comfortable.The location cannot be beat - a lovely quiet neighborhood steps from the center of town. Elle was super helpful and accommodating when we needed to change our plans at the last minute because of a hurricane, and we are so glad it all worked out. We hope to visit again soon!

Week in July

My family and I had an amazing time staying here! We had 4 kids under 4 and even with that, the location was perfect and made it so easy for us to all be able to go into town, get ice cream, grab food. The enclosed back patio was perfect for breakfast and dinner (and even playing with the kids). The rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms were great. Lots of great space and such a great time. We look forward to coming back. Thank you Elle!

Perfect Location

My family stayed here for Christmas stroll weekend. The location of the property is amazing - less than a minute walk to all things “downtown” Nantucket has to offer. The house is warm and cozy and full of art. The linens were great and the pillows/beds were comfortable. There is a beautiful patio in the rear with and outdoor shower (we did not use for obvious reasons). We highly recommend this home to anyone looking to enjoy Nantucket. Thank you Elle!

Fabulous Location and Property

We've stayed in many properties in Nantucket but this was the first time staying "in town". What a treat for us and our friends who joined us for their first trip to Nantucket. Weather was not great so to be able to walk around town and shop and dine whenever we wanted made our stay even more pleasurable. This house is lovely - we like to entertain so it was perfect for hosting 12 adults and 9 children on a rainy warm evening. Thanks to Elle our trip was a pleasure - the added bonus was her being an accomplished artist and designer making this home a beauty to view inside and out.

Abusive, Intrusive and Unacceptable Host

I would not recommend staying at this house due to the host’s abusive and intrusive behavior, which made us feel unsafe. Upon arrival, we discovered the host was staying in an attached guest house, undisclosed in the listing. She harassed our group from the moment we arrived until we left. There were multiple cameras outside the home that we were unaware of, which she used to watch us, even sending intrusive photos. Despite knowing that our group included mothers and pregnant women (I am 8 weeks pregnant w/ my second), she harassed us with constant, abusive text messages and monitored our every move. An example of this is when we had a Pilates class. The host agreed to let us use the house but then watched us from her window, making us feel violated. She also falsely charged us an exorbitant amount for an additional guest and damages without providing proper evidence, despite us leaving the house in impeccable condition and following the cleaning instructions. This behavior is highly unprofessional and violates our privacy. I strongly urge VRBO to remove this host and ensure listings disclose important details like the presence of the host onsite and surveillance cameras. VRBO support was appalled by the host's behavior, offered us alternative accommodations, and will assist us with the unjust charges. Please be cautious when considering this property. Your privacy should not be taken advantage of.

The guests were entitled housewives All liars They had a wild girls weekend. Snuck more girls in the back door Loud obnoxious drunk girls Trashed my beautiful Main St house Ruined sheets, towels, bedding. Stole my keys Did not recycle Neighbors called because of the noise I let them check in early, Made sure they left on time Vrbo will help me on the claim for damages and never let anyone rent to Emma DeCicco again!

Perfect getaway

This rental is fabulous! We did 3 nights just to get away and relax with some friends. Perfect location at the top of Main Street. Walking distance to all the shops and delicious restaurants. Exactly where you want to be if being in town is your preference. The house is lovely, plenty of indoor space and a great outdoor living area. The owner was sweet and very accommodating. Can not recommend this rental enough. Loved it!

Roomy Nantucket Home on Main

Everything went extremely well. Owner was great to work with. On-line experience was smooth with no problems. Location was perfect and within walking distance to everything in town.
