When you book our Scottsdale luxury villa, you enjoy complete access to the entire home and all amenities—the heated pool, hot tub, mini-golf course, chef’s kitchen, outdoor kitchen, Ferrari-themed game room, and every indoor and outdoor space. This is your private resort, fully reserved for you and your group during your stay.

Other things to note

Pool is set to 80 degrees for $75/day, and hot tub at 100 degrees. Changes made by guests without Host approval will result in $500 fee (may damage equipment or use excessive propane). Guests must use pool & hot tub covers to maintain heat during Nov – April.

Ferrari 12V ride-on car - $450 replacement charge if damaged. Model is Ferrari 488 Pista Spider, 3-8 year old age range recommended & 66lb weight limit, features manual & remote control, LED headlights, music, operable front hood.

RC Ferrari Formula 1 remote control car - $200 replacement charge if damaged.

All starter supplies are provided. Additional supplies are by guest, including but not limited to coffee, coffee pods, paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen sprays and seasonings, refill propane tanks, etc.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are available for $100/hour

We do our very best to provide a comfortable, well-maintained space. However, like any home, occasional minor inconveniences (such as brief Wi-Fi interruptions, small maintenance quirks, or temporary noise in the neighborhood) can happen. While we’re always happy to address any issue promptly, these types of situations do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.
