Hou la la! Profitez de cette magnifique villa de style complexe dans un endroit chic de Scottsdale! Piscine de plongée, fontaines d'eau, palmiers, cuisine extérieure, foyer et patio couvert avec canapé. À l'intérieur, cuisinez et divertissez avec un réfrigérateur commercial de plain-pied, un placard de cave à vin, une immense cuisine / salle à manger / espace de divertissement avec des plafonds surélevés, une table de billard, une immense chambre principale et un dressing. Le mur de verre surplombe la piscine d'un hectare et les espaces extérieurs parfaits pour se divertir. Situé à quelques minutes des restaurants, des magasins, de la randonnée en montagne, des concerts, du vélo et des camps d'entraînement sportif. 20 minutes de l'aéroport.
La plupart des chambres ont deux lits pour accueillir plus de clients.
Le court de tennis doit être refait en raison de fissures dans la surface.

We had a great 2 night stay with 4 adults and 10 teenagers. The property was perfect for our large group with plenty of space for everyone. The kids had so much fun, the pool, hot tub and yard games kept them entertained the entire time!

Great House for Entertainment

We were celebrating a birthday and looking for a place that would entertain both adults and kids — and this house did both. It had a spacious layout and an incredible backyard. The host was super responsive, friendly, and helped make our two-day stay a memorable one we’ll never forget.

Booked for a family vacation, Its an overall great spot with cool amenities and features. how ever alot of things either dont work, cant figure out, or very time consuming to figure out. Most issues happen during the night when trying to figure out lighting and features. Water issues and lack of hot water, Exterior doors dont close, sound and Tv issues. The worst part was an old man coming in and out a few time during our stay into a side garage, you would run into him during the night or day and he would say something about picking up or dropping of cars. Lastly the mosquitos, theres alot of areas not draining properly or holding water that create alot of moisture where mosquitos are very bad ! especially at the BBQ Area Home has great esthetics, big yard, all the kitchen essentials, even a pantry full of spices. Loved the homes lay out and is in a great location where you can find nearly any store near by.

The house was better in person!The layout worked well with our group of (5). Bedrooms as follows:1. Master bedroom upstairs King with bathroom 2. Master bedroom downstairs King with bathroom3. Room with (2) queens and bathroom4. Room with (1) King and share bathroom with room 35. Room with (1) queen, bathroom in hallway6. Room with (2) full beds, set up as a bunkbed, shared bathroom with room 5.The house had everything we needed to cook. Barbeque, spices, knifes, ect. all on site a ready to go.The outside has multiple seating areas all with sperate heaters. Can easily have a (20) person gathering and not feel crowded. The basketball/pickleball court and putting green all amazing. It even has a sand bunker to practice hitting out of...House located in great location. About a mile or less from great restaurants, a Costco, and multiple golf courses.Lots of parking if that is needed. Host very friendly and easy to get in touch with. Nice property but dirty

The house was very spacious and offered plenty of room for our group, which we really appreciated. Communication with the owner was smooth and responsive throughout the booking process and our stay, which made things easier.However, we were a bit disappointed upon arrival. The pictures online were definitely more flattering than the reality. The house was not very clean, and we noticed several issues that affected our comfort. The couch was broken, which made the living area less usable, and a few things around the house didn’t work as expected.With some attention to cleanliness and repairs, this could be a great property. But as it stands, it didn’t fully meet our expectations based on the listing.

We are not super frequent VRBO'ers, but for special occasions, we like to find these upper scale homes to take the family for holidays, birthdays etc. We typically have 15-25 people and look to have a blast with the family !!This trip exceeded all expectations !!!Location: Perfect - at this home you are a short car ride from everything - food, zoos, butterfly exhibits, hiking, shopping and Golf Galore.Amenities: Perfect! the beds were comfy, bedding soft and clean, bathrooms with showers all over the place - super Master, and all other rooms great!! If you are in to the little things, the faucets are all awesome, the water pressure in all the rooms and showers is awesome, and there is a Single Shot and 12 cup coffee so you can have one and go or a whole pot !What you see in the picture is accurate, the sports court is great, the pool is fantastic and heated, the poolside furniture is very comfy, the hot tub is hot, bubbly and CLEAN!!! Turos available on siteBest most communicative host ever !!!The chipping green is realistic, the sand trap and green were great for practice, poker table, and tournament pool table were outstanding!!All of our fireplaces worked as they should, we have many nights out at the fire, and the grilling shack/area was flawless and the thermometer with attached metal probe was great for the ribeye's for Thanksgiving!Do your family a favor - Stay here - you will not regret it - we will be back !!!! THANKS JER AND THE TEAM!!!

Caution to all

The condition of the house and cleanliness was extremely disappointing. We had multiple issues and the owner/poverty manager wanted to have service people come during our stay….Which we thought was absolutely ridiculous as we had our family and children at the house (and one would think this would all be taken care of in preparation of our stay). Also, there was a huge trailer size dumpster in the front yard of the house. On the second day of our stay, the owner of the dumpster company rang the doorbell and said if I don’t get payment for the dumpster, they are gonna have all the contents dumped out in the front yard. Two days later at 5:30am in the morning, the dumpster was removed, and the contents were dumped in the yard. This was not the wake up call our family was looking for - If I could post the video, I would.There were other significant issues we had with the property that I would like to disclose, but I feel like this information is sufficient. Vrbo had to step in and provide additional support - which we have never had to do before and don’t want to have to do again. Also, the owner was verbally abusive towards me for bringing some of these issues to him and the property manager about our stay. Just to be clear I have never left a bad review, but they’ll compelled to let everyone know. Buyer beware.

The Best weekend ever...

This House has It all... I was so amazed at all the amenties this house has... Walk in deep freezer I think was my favorite part lol... The pool was perfect in size couldnt keep my adult children out of it... Let me tell you if you love a good game of volleyball there a full size volleyball court with a full size bar and grill with fire pit... The beds were super comfortable... Please I would reffer this house to anyone wanting to get away it has everything and no need to go anywhere all the fun at the house...
