This was a wonderful place to stay, the location was perfect, the beds were very comfortable, the house was clean and well stocked. We had a group of four people which worked perfect to have our own bathrooms and sections of the home - We had a great week there and were very thankful the home was very accurate to the description.

This propert was great for our getaway. Close to everything. The master bed was so freaking comfy. Only draw back was the pool was small and needed to be cleaned but other that the property was excellent! Id stay here again for sure. Great neighborhood. Quiet and a nice walking path right out the front door

We had a wonderful stay at Sundrenched! The house was absolutely perfect for our needs...well located, beautiful neighborhood, and above all, extremely comfortable for our six week stay. The house layout has a wonderful master bedroom as well as a guest suite that enabled plenty of privacy and comfort. The living room and kitchen were perfect for dinners and visits with friends, and the backyard, with the pool and sitting area, met all our expectations for relaxing. This was the perfect house for us, and we will definitely be back!!

Wonderful location

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sundrenched! The location was awesome - golf course across the street and just a few minutes' drive to Old Town. The house was great and although there were a few things that needed repair, the property management was very responsive and handled it that day. We would come back to this property again!

Incredible

Couldn’t ask for anything more. House was absolutely perfect with everything one needs for an extended stay. Pool was a definite plus and we enjoyed some lazy hours in the backyard. Neighborhood was quiet and within a short walk to Old Town. Loved the lemon tree and the chill atmosphere. Would recommend this house in a heartbeat.

The house itself was nice to have since we stayed for a week. However, when we arrived the house wasn’t clean (bed linens and towels dirty). I sent photos and they did send a cleaner back to clean it again but there was still black dog hair in the sheets & on the towels so I had to wash them myself.

Family time

House was nice. Not as accommodating as we were hoping. 3rd bedroom is off of dining area and guests must walk through common area to get to it. Hot water in back suite was luke warm at best in the shower. Faucet in master bath dripped the entire weekend so we got to listen to that at night. Not as clean as we would have liked. The pool is worthless in winter months with no heat. Nicely stocked kitchen with appliances and dishes, etc. Satisfactory weekend but was hoping for a home with bathrooms within the bedrooms.

Spacious and perfect location

My family stayed for over a month in this home. It has two huge master suites with individual sitting rooms. The den area is just the right size to relax at the end of the evening after you make dinner in the gourmet kitchen. There were plenty of extras at this house and I loved not having to buy simple items like spices and olive oil. Our family enjoyed sitting outside around the fire pit and the backyard is very inviting to relax. We were a bit disappointed that we could not use their pool since there was no heater and the water was too cold otherwise. The only other problem we had was the third bedroom’s location. It is directly off the kitchen area so we had to be quiet until the person got up. Not a big deal, but just something to be aware of. The location could not be any better than this home. We walked to old town all the time and there is a park right down the street as well. the shopping centers as well as grocery stores were just a few minutes away. If there were any issues during our stay, the AvantStay team answered immediately and took care of any problems we had. I would definitely go back!

The house was very nice and clean . The beds are very comfortable . It’s set up all most like 2 master suits with a 3rd spare bedroom. Which worked very well for us . Plenty of towels . Very nice laundry area and plenty of parking . This house has a lot of nice natural lighting and in nicer weather when it’s not hot it would be lovely having it all opened up . The hosts had a new high chair brought in for us to us which was very accommodating . The neighbor is very quiet and dog friendly. Wonderful walking trail right across the street . We would stay here again .
