This apartment turned out PERFECT for my 2 granddaughters and I to stay for a short visit. The girls loved the fall colors beginning to show. The location couldn’t have been better as it is very walkable to a ton of stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Nanci is a wonderful host and the apartment is wry clean, well stocked and comfortable. And it is in a wonderful neighborhood where you can walk to just about anything you need, lots of interesting restaurants and cafes and to Green Lake. Nanci is so accommodating and responsive. She worked with me when I needed to extend my stay. My stay was a true pleasure. Thank you Nanci ! See you in March!

Nancie is such a delight to talk to and it was a pleasure to stay at her rental. From the very beginning she was the nicest host, and had amazing communication. It was like talking with an old friend right from the start, and arriving at her rental felt like a safe little nest for my family to retreat to every day after full days of experiences around Seattle. The place was well kept up and had numerous items stocked in the kitchen for comfort along with the most adorable space to share with my family. We were taking our oldest to UW for the first time, and found this location to be a perfect distance, as well as an easy and quick pop over to Pike Place and the pier. Cannot recommend this rental highly enough!

Nancie was super responsive over several months prior to the trip. She was available if/as needed once we arrived. The lower level room was very clean and comfy. On street parking wasn’t an issue. Great neighborhood with lots of options within walking distance.
