The basement and backyard is currently locked and unavailable.
This home is only 10minutes away from downtown Detroit.
10-13 minutes from all the casinos (Greek town casino,mgm casino, and motor city casino).
about 20 minutes away from the Detroit metro airport
5 minutes from Dearborn

The Home has Central Air Please keep doors closed (Please do not leave both doors WIDE open while on porch or taking things to and from car it also helps keep flies from just flying right on in :-) )
PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE IN THE BED you will be charged for burn holes on comforter or sheets thank you!
DO NOT PUT BABY WIPES,PAPER TOWELS or FEMININE PRODUCTS IN THE TOILET,ONLY TOILET TISSUE IS ALLOWED IN THE TOILET!This will be checked after every stay and you will be CHARGED A MINIMUM of $500 for any issues/backups that you cause.

No overnight guest that are not on the listing. No parties.
I live near the property and the premises are monitored.There are also security cameras all around.
Any Damage to the home will be automatically fined minimum 500+fee Please take care of my space as it is yours! Lost Key Fee $100

You agree to the following
Do not turn off/unplug power strip located in Living Room.
Do not unplug or bother any of the security cameras or devices in the home (cameras are outside only)
Leave outside out please remove dirty shoes!
Replace linen/Charge if you make a mistake and have burn marks on linen to avoid that do not smoke in the bed.
i. No damage to the property or furnishings;
ii. No dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning
iii.any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest's stay you are responsible for.
The unit is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
7. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
8. Only use appliances for their intended uses
9. Pets are NOT allowed
10. Check out time is 11 a.m. Unauthorized late check out will incur a $50 fee anything over an hour can incur another night fee and if the next guest stay needs to be canceled you the current guest could incur the next guest charges.

NO UNATHORIZED GUEST if property exceeds more guest staying overnight not on original listing at owner’s discretion party may be asked to vacate the property without refund of remaining stay
