Our Stay Was Wonderful..The House is in a Safe Area close to the main Freeways and was full of personal touches that made our stay comfortable ..Highly Recommend!

I was initially hesitant to book this property based on some previous reviews, but I’m so glad I gave it a try! The house was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. The pack and play was a good bonus.

Great Stay - Clean, Convenient, and Well-Equipped

I had an amazing stay at this property with my family. It was spotless, spacious, and located in a peaceful area. The check-in process couldn’t have been easier—just entered the code provided, which was so convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I could possibly need, making it feel like home. Its proximity to Royal oak was a huge plus, offering easy access to the city/shopping while still enjoying a tranquil retreat. The host was incredibly responsive and easy to reach, adding to the overall great experience.I will be back.

We made the best of it. The property seemed set up to take pictures and not for any functionality. Very limited kitchen. Fridge needed a new filter. Keurig, but no coffee mugs. Dirty pans. Half the towels had hair stuck in them.

Decent Stay

Property was decent. It was odd seeing that there was not true dining room table for a party of 5. The space where the dining table should have been empty (also not captured in the images posted about the property). We ended up having to rent a table and chairs to have a proper sit-down dinner considering we were trying to have a formal Eastr Dinner. There also was not TV in the family room so it technically was just a sitting room. The TV was in the space where the dining room should have been, but not enough chairs/sitting space to actually enjoy it. Bedrooms were clean and stocked with what was needed, but the goal was to hang as a family and spend less time segrgated in our bedrooms.

Misrepresented property . Not located in Beverly Hills. Dirty and rude hosts

Initially I booked this property under the impression it was located in Beverly Hills as the title states. It is in Southfield on a very busy main road at that . When pulling up to the house the first day the lawn was unmowed very long and very unkempt , there was overflowing trash on side of property , and bugs all over (bees primarily ) to be fair the host did come and mow the lawn after I requested but only once during my stay of two weeks 
the next week it was long and overgrown again. walking in the property initially the house reeked of a strong cat smell ..almost overbearing . Found the source to be in the basement . Also dust and dirt in the vents and bathrooms. Overall not cleaned to standard of a vacation home by any means On several Occasions prior to notifying Vrbo the hosts stopped by without asking ..a few times even at late hours in the night supposedly to “take out the trash” Pick up packages etc it was just not considerate seeing as I was a female staying there alone Home itself is nice but needs cleaning and some work done and sorely misrepresented in many areas. Not the worst experience I’ve had but certainly not the most comfortable stay
