The Balcony overlooks a pond with fountain and the pool and beautiful clubhouse. Two comfortable chairs with a small round table for drinks, breakfast, etc. Two additional fold out chairs enable 4 people to sit on the balcony.

The condo is well equipped with lots of kitchen appliances (including a coffee grinder, keurig, blender, crock pot, hand blender and more.)

It is also well equipped for the beach including all the beach gear you need, 4 chairs, coolers, two umbrellas, beach bag, beach towels and blanket.

Very well located, easily walk to lots of shopping, restaurants, bars, etc.

The Guest bedroom has a quality convertible (futon) bed and a desk with office chair so you can use it as a bedroom or a den / office. There is a b/w printer.

Turnkey, contact-less check in with a coded door lock for access.

The beach trolley Park'n Ride is a short drive from the condo (near the Walmart) if you prefer to take the trolley to Fort Myers beach.
