Place was clean, well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes etc. Great views, all appliances worked well. For the two times we reached out for assistance the property mgt team could improve on both timing and follow thru…but overall a very nice place to stay.

Can’t say enough about this place

This place had all of the luxury, view, privacy, and convenience staying in Wailea, and this is our 5th time in Maui. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

By far the best experience!

What a wonderful property! We have stayed in multiple Ho'olei's throughout the years and this one was by far the best. The check in and check out process was easy and the communications were great. The unit was stocked with amenities and the location was perfect. What a view! Thank you for making our family vacation one to remember(in a great way) I highly recommend!

Villa and property are spacious, well appointed and the view is stunning!!! Def could use extra blankets cause air conditioning works well!!! Called to have maintenance look at washing machine but they never came and was a lil difficult to get that fixed. Management needs to be more detailed on that part for this kind of rental in my opinion. Beach towels, bathing suits etc and clothes need to be washed. Property is great location! Pool was stunning and spotless … loved that it’s gated and had a garage too! We’d stay again!

Beautiful Property

This property is beautiful and has such scenic views of the sunsets in particular. The residence was spacious and perfectly decorated and stocked. The only caveat I would make is that the beach was a bit further away than I believe was listed in the details (I’d say more like 15 mins than 7 mins if you’re in flip flops and carrying chairs, etc.). Not a significant issue just something to be aware of. Overall, we loved the property and our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location and neighborhood were lovely, and the pool area was especially nice—well-maintained and a highlight of the property. The home itself was clean and comfortable, though the carpet in the downstairs master could use a deep clean.One drawback was communication. We never received responses from the property manager to our questions and ended up finding answers through neighbors instead.Overall, a pleasant stay in a great setting, but clearer communication and a refresh on the carpet would make the experience even better.

Maui, HI Unit 23-3 Review

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally, it was good, and as expected for what we paid. Drawbacks include 2x we had the upstairs A/C unit stop working during 65%+ humidity and 80+ degree days, and that was frankly unacceptable considering the price we paid to stay in a luxury rental condo. Property maintenance team responded within 24 hours from notification of the first outage (day 2 of the stay) and did not respond on the last day of our stay. We did have another incident unrelated that they called in a plumber to remedy and that was a timely resolution. Overall the stay was good.

Regarding the issues with the A/C unit, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We strive to address all maintenance concerns promptly. While our records show that the property management team responded to your initial A/C issue within three minutes of your 1st text to our team in the morning you texted, it did take until the late afternoon to get a tech there. We understand that the lack of resolution on the final night of your stay was frustrating - you texted us at 10 pm, and we could not get a tech out there. We will review this to ensure we improve our response times for future guests. We’re glad to hear that other maintenance issue of your son dropping his phone down the back of the shower system, was addressed swiftly and was retrieved by a plumber and that you still enjoyed your overall stay.
