The Space:

Holley House is a three bedroom, two bathroom single-family home that comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The split floor plan and layout provides spacious common areas and well-appointed sleeping arrangements, two living rooms provide an ideal for family gatherings, group trips, and extended stays.



The kitchen and living room share an open floor concept, making it easy to cook, dine, and relax together. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for your convenience. The primary bathroom features a shower, while the guest bathroom offers a tub and shower combination.



The private backyard is fully fenced and provides a quiet place to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring Navarre. Smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi included. Laundry room available for guest use.

Guest Access:

Ronin Stays uses SuiteOp for guest access. Before arrival, guests will receive a link through their booking channel and/or email to complete a quick pre-check-in. Through that same link, you’ll find everything you need for your stay — including check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and more. Once check-in begins, the SuiteOp app provides instant access to the property within seconds. In the rare event of any issues, a backup lockbox with a physical key is available on-site.



The Neighborhood:

Holley House is located in a quiet, residential area of Navarre. The neighborhood is peaceful and family-friendly, with a strong sense of community. Navarre has a significant military presence, with multiple bases and training facilities in the surrounding region, which contributes to the area’s respectful and community-oriented environment.



Please note that sidewalks are limited in this neighborhood. However, traffic is generally minimal, and the streets remain calm and easy to navigate.



Getting Around:

Public transportation in the area is limited, so having a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended for flexibility during your stay.



Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available and provide easy access to nearby destinations such as Navarre Beach, the Navarre Beach Pier, local restaurants, grocery stores, and the Gulf Breeze Zoo. Biking is also an option for shorter outings, and the area features several bike-friendly roads and scenic coastal paths.



If you plan to explore neighboring towns or enjoy beach-hopping along the coast, having your own transportation will offer the most convenience.



Other Things to Note:

The booking guest, not all guests on the reservation, MUST submit a photo of their ID for verification, complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either a 'refundable' security deposit ($250) or a 'non-refundable' damage waiver protection plan ($45) before receiving check-in instructions. All of which is done through SuiteOp and Stripe, a commonly used secure payment processor. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be available in your guest portal one hour before your scheduled check-in time. The guest portal link will be messaged through your booking platform. To avoid any check-in delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance.

Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. For groups larger than 6 (up to a maximum of 10 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep Holley House in great shape for everyone!

If you booked through our website, email is the best way to reach us. Our team actively monitors messages around the clock to ensure timely support.



Please note that while our team is responsive after hours, some services may be limited during that time. We typically do not engage in direct guest interaction unless it is an urgent or emergency situation.



All of our Short-Term Rentals are self check-in to ensure a smooth arrival and to respect your privacy. Rest assured, detailed instructions and everything you need for check-in will be provided in advance.
