CONCIERGE SERVICE: Lunabase is happy to provide trip a list of enhancements once your booking is complete. We have early and late check-out, daily cleans, full-size cribs, twin beds, strollers, high chairs, birthday cakes, charcuterie boards, `stock your fridge` options and so much more! It is our pleasure to help personalize your trip.
COFFEE & TEA: The home has an Espresso machine and drip coffee machine, filters and local coffee provided. There is an electric tea kettle as well.
GUEST AMENITIES: We stock our homes with the luxury line, Grown Alchemist. All products are high-performing botanical blends with signature scents. They are free from harsh chemicals including parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, and phthalates. We use refillable bottles for sustainability, please do not remove products from the home.
REJUVENATION: At Lunabase we value wellness amenities. Our community understands the importance of a balanced body and mind. The home has high-quality mattresses and plush linens for restful sleep. We stock our BASES with yoga mats and foam rollers for stretching. We can arrange in-home massages.
HOUSEKEEPING: Lunabase has the same cleaning and service standards as a luxury hotel. We can arrange daily or mid-stay cleans, and laundry service if requested.
Cancellations made within the cancellation period are subject to a payment processing fee of 3.9% plus $0.30 for any deposits collected.
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed.
3. Please do not place hot pots/pans on countertops. It will damage the stone.
4. Please donât eat or drink in the bedrooms.
5. Please respect the noise curfew (9pm-9am).
6. Please turn the AC/heater to 70 when you go out.
7. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
8. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a fee of $100.
9. Please take care of the furnishings. You will have to pay for damages.
10. Please donât rearrange the furniture.
11. Do not take any of the shampoo/conditioner bottles with you when you leave. Those will be charged to your method of payment if missing. We wash and refill those for sustainability.
